Never Again! My niece-in-law called and canceled her chairs two months prior to her event. For some reason, the owners had no notes or information regarding the cancellation. They contacted my nephew requesting payment, and he said it was canceled. They stated they had sent several emails to my email, yet I had none! I asked for a copy, and it couldn't be produced. They made my nephew pay for all of the chairs and stated they couldn't help him. They were not helpful when I called. I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else!

My family and I have used this company several times in the last few months; my brother was getting married and we need a good party rental place for supplies for a shower and rehearsal dinner. The supplies they provide are great! Anything you can think of. Table decorations, serving dishes, cups, plates, table clothes, tables, etc. They had what we needed. While we did have a wonderful experience with the items we did get, I'm docking them a star because twice we ordered square plates and twice they didn't have them. In regards to the square plates I think they could have handled it better, otherwise they were wonderful to deal with!If your in need of supplies, no matter what occasion its for, I encourage you to consider Personal Touch Party Rentals. They wont disappoint!

Our caterer recommended Personal Touch. One visit to the office and we understood why. They had everything we needed and so much more.We came in with some ideas, the went in back and came out and created a demo set up right on the spot. They helped us tweak it until it was amazing.They told us exactly what dimensions of things like tables and chairs they needed to make sure everything would fit properly. We went back to the venue, tape measure and camera in hand and documented everything. We learned that in this case, a picture was worth the trip. We were able to show exactly the shape of the chair backs to get the right covers.As with every wedding, things change. Our counts changed, we figured out that we needed a coffee pot for the day after, we added a couple of accessory tables, simple things like that. The people at Personal Touch handled it with ease and updated the contract with every change order. Incredibly professional, understanding, and friendly.On the Friday before the wedding, I picked everything up at the time they said it would be ready. When our friends unpacked everything to set up, we had everything we ordered and nothing extra. Everything was clean, pressed, and ready for display.On the business side, we had looked at other rental places and Personal Touch was by far the most cost effective, making the value we received exceptional.We could not have been happier.

So extremely happy with our experience. We had a general idea of what we were wanting for our engagement party brunch and they had everything we could have ever needed. After telling them about our vision they walked us through their showroom where they have tons of different products on display. We told them what food we were serving and they gave great suggestions on what serving trays would work best. I was so excited about all the different options available across all product categories. They came a few days before the event to drop everything off and set up the tent. Delivery was simple and they even spent extra time making sure there were no marks on our beautiful white tent. Pick up was just as flawless. Personal Touch takes away so much of the stress in planning a special event. If you need any sort of rental product from tents & chairs to serving equipment this is the place to go!
