Pella Company has a great management team with quick response time and consistent communication. I started a 12 month lease in February 2021, but I'm relocating for work. When I gave them a notice that I would be moving out in September 2021, they immediately began to help and continued to support me in finding a new candidate to sign a new lease, moving forward with an early termination option for me. The Pella Company Team went above and beyond to help me out! I have no complaints about the property or the specific apartment I leased. It was completely clean when I moved in and I had no problems with the appliances. I would highly recommend Pella Company for anyone looking for a lease in the Short North Cbus area.

My time renting from the company was satisfactory. I worked with Michelle a lot whom is awesome and very helpful. Today I worked with Chellie regarding my unreturned deposit. She was rude and short, having an obvious attitude. I would still rent from Pella again. The customer service from that specific associate should be be checked though before it deters a potential renter.

This is the best landlord near OSU's campus. Maintenance is extremely responsive and go above and beyond to make sure that your home is in good condition. They treat you with respect and do not talk down to you because you are a college student. Gave full security deposit back :) I switched landlords after one year with Pella and wish I hadn't.

The staff at Pella Co. was friendly and helpful every single time I was in the building. No matter what the problem or issue was, they handled it promptly and with a smile. I really commend them on being such awesome landlords. The apartments were a little pricier than they maybe should have been, but the company behind the apartments made it worth it. I will definitely rent from them again.
