Cute little spot you will miss just driving by... the love for Ohio shows inside, small dining area but fit our party of 13 and had a buffet they were setting up as we were leaving. The pizza was delicious along with the garlic cheese pizza. Order at the counter when you are ready, bottomless dine-in fountain drink. It is a must try in Delaware if ur tired of the same ol' pizza. The chicken Alfredo with tomato was great and the taco was delicious to just name a few. I didn't try the fries but my nephew did and they looked good. Pass on the Mac n chz bites. And they were incredibly quick with our big order. Price is also reasonable and a special everyday.

Let me start by saying this is not about the quality of food or anything else. We have been customers of Payne's since moving here in 2019. We have enjoyed the food. They do a marketing text where I won a free cheese pizza. I came in tonight with intents of ordering an additional pizza and upgrading my free cheese pizza understanding I would have to pay for additional toppings. Upon arrival, I was informed I could get nothing else other than a cheese pizza. I am not able to upgrade it at all. What a way to turn your marketing program into an anti marketing campaign. What you have done is lost a customer. Sorry Payne's, you should allow people to upgrade.

The pizza was nasty as in over cooked and a bread stick was wrapped in hair.I guess this company never heard of hair nets. After finding a hair in my meal I put the rest in the trash. I don't recommend this place unless you like hair in your food.

We stoped for the first time in many years, tried 2 different pizzas. Loved them both, will def be stopping back there when we are close by. Will be trying all kinds of different things.

By far my favorite go to pizza place in the Delaware or Marion areas. They have great deals and their pizza is delicious. A few of my favorites are the chicken ceasar salad, garlic cheese bread, and breadsticks in addition to their pizzas. The wait time is usually reasonable if picking it up. The only times I have had a long delivery time is in severe weather. Then it is understandable because they are one of the few places delivering and they are busy and busy being safe on the roads. They have a drive thru pick up window making it super easy to pick up your order.

Good Pizza but pizza order was never started via Uber Eats and was never notified it would not be made and delivered.

Amazing food it was burnt to a crisp and it's well done! I really love how it was bubbling out the box really adds the burnt flavour yummy experience i would try again!

When you advertise 10 as closing on your website. Don't shut down the phones and online orders.

I've been a customer for a couple of years and use to love this place, but the last couple months it seems like the quality of the pizza has gone down and the customer service has gone down hill as well. I ordered a pizza online a couple days ago for delivery, initially it estimated 35 minutes for delivery on a Wednesday night. After about 50 minutes and the pizza not being delivered I contacted Payne's to which a lady answered and pretty much told me the pizza is not at the store therefore it's on it was to be delivered. Another 20 minutes pass and no pizza still, I called again, a guy answers gives the same explanation, I tell him I want to cancel the order, he puts me on hold, then the same lady from before gets the phone and tells me it should be on its way with an attitude, I tell her it's fine I don't want it, by this point the pizza will probably be cold by the time I get it, she puts me on hold again and with an attitude, tells me my money will be back on my card, doesn't say sorry for the inconvenience, nothing else and hangs up the phone. The delivery driver delivered the pizza 1.5 hours after the order was placed, he was told the order was cancelled and he took the pizza back with him.

Pizza was not good, sauce was horrible and pizza was not fully cooked. Inside was outdated and could use a cleaning. Worst pizza in Delaware, if you want a good pie I would recommend Mohio 1st then Amatos.
