Parlay Sporting Club + Kitchen

Celebrating our youngest granddaughter's dedication. Thanks to our Server Rachel and the team of Parlay for such an incredible experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so fun!

After a long drive I got into Columbus, Ohio for a conference and needed a decent bite. I asked the front desk attendant at my hotel where she recommended getting late night food and she pointed me to Parlay (not a hotel restaurant so I figured it was worth considering). After a 5 minute walk into the freezing cold I found Parlay, a very dark and lively sports bar. It just so happened that the USA vs Canada championship game was playing (we know how that ended unfortunately) and it really made the experience that much better. A random individual sat at the bar next to me and we instantly hit it off. I ordered chili nachos and he got buffalo wings. I offered to share my nachos, which were ENORMOUS by the way. It made sense considering they were charging $17 for them, but I would be lying if I said I didn't greatly enjoy them. He also offered his buffalo wings which I partook in one and found it to be delicious as well. That was my dinner for the evening and I was satisfied, but even more enjoyable was having a person to share food and watch an exciting game with, even if they were just a complete stranger. If you are reading this Dane it was nice to converse with you and I hope to see you again in another life.

This place is huge. There is a bar when you first walk in and lots of seating in the back. We stopped in for a drink and a snack. The drinks came super quick and the Pretzel was served pipping hot. Fun atmosphere to watch a game.

Made reservations for a Saturday night while in town for a volleyball tournament. Was seated fairly quickly in a smaller glass room which was cool bc we had three 12-year-olds (I did call ahead of time and asked if if it was kid friendly and they said yes). Started with the Bang Bang shrimp appetizer. Was filled with flavor/sauce, but shrimp were a bit rubbery (maybe reheated). Garlic Parm wings were delicious, but pricey for 8 wings. Shared the Wagyu Brisket Flatbread and it was really good, but lots of BBQ. Nachos were decent - nothing fancy. The Wagyu Pigs in a Blanket didn't taste any different than the basic pigs in a blanket. Overall this place seemed to have typical bar food. Nothing knocked my socks off and it was pricey for a sports bar. Knocking it down a star bc waitress was less than thrillled to be there. Never cracked a smile. Also, by the time we left (9:30) it was not kid appropriate. Nothing crazy, but seemed to turn into more of a night club. ‍

Bartenders were phenomenal on game day - Kate was amazing (thanks!). Great service and friendly. The food was REALLY good for a sports bar - don't overlook this place. The fries with the different dipping ketchups/sauces are amazing, I could've had another order but I was so full from the huge and juicy burger. My husband got the chicken Cesar wrap and loved it. I was expecting it to be busy at noon on a game day but was shocked it was pretty dead - otherwise great experience and would definitely come back to hang and watch the game again!

The food is amazing for a sports bar. We were blown away by the quality. We went for the Ohio state game. Plenty of tv's.

Wow! Phenomenal! Vegas in Cbus!!! Fantabulous brunch spot!! Our server was beyond awesomeness!! We got the Parlay scramble ...... waygu brisket. Say no mo Food was exceptional!!! Played some keno..... lost but hey it's fun side action Ambiance is all that and bag o chips. Thanks DJ

Thanks parley! Fries came out hard and overcooked! But Sydney was amazing and made it right for me. Really enjoyed my brunch.
