A damaged maintenance door, as you can tell they do a wonderful job keeping this place looking nice

Carpet that they refused to repair

I have been living at this apartment complex less than a year and I have seen at least 4 trucks with stolen tires.

Was like this through the entire lease

A nice snack for the animals given by the lack of management

Goose poop they never clean

This refrigerator was moved three different times in 2 weeks, as well as the siding laying over the flowers.

This was the initial place that maintenance put the refrigerator

This is a leak I mentioned to them and never was fixed

This was sent to me from a current tenant, never have taken the 5 minutes to dispose of this eye sore, still there to this day.

See that squared cut out in the blinds? they made me replace mine during my lease but let a neighbor continue to have his

Horrible maintenance. They never show up and when they finally do they don't finish the job! I lived there for 7 years and was not treated well before my move out. They were going through my apartment before my move out date and leaving mean notes saying they were evicting me. How? I already told them I was moving and my lease was up!! They knew my move out date was in another week. I told them it was unbelievable the way they were treating me after I lived there so many years and never was late ever paying my rent. Unbelievably unprofessional. Especially after I put up with so much while living there and never complained. Nothing ever fixed or upgraded and rent raised 50 dollars every year I lived there. Be careful they will never stop raising your rent though it's a horrible area.

This was my very first apartment. I moved in November 2017. I didn't have a thing to compare it to. Had a beautiful view of the lake. Amazing staff and maintenance who helped at all costs. It was very homey and cozy. I've now moved into a bigger, more expensive apartment and have had a terrible experience and pay $200 more! This really is a nice, secluded apartment. I recommend them all the time to people looking! Parkview was great for me!
