Always a good time. Always good food.Always good pricing.Lots of great seating.Will always make room for more.Drive up your boat, order out and sit on your boat and enjoy while docked. Drive-in that's fine too.The entire experience has always been great. Haven't ever had a bad time It's lake life, I hope you wouldn't have a bad time. Music is good. Entertainment is good.Enjoy yourselves!

This is such a classic place in Buckeye Lake-- I remember coming here with my mom when I was super young.It's right on the water and serves 100% Buckeye Lake culture.There is a large outdoor patio area with a stage-- they often have music.The inside is smaller than the outside, but it's exactly what you'd expect. There is a decent amount of parking-- I've never had an issue.I love the giant sun chair outside the front door-- pics later.For food, they have an array of classic bar food and it's all pretty decent. They also have a few 'elevated' menu items like the caprese skewers.The main event at Papa Boo's is the slushies! I typically go for the Miami Vice, a mix of daiquiri and piña colada. They sell them by the glass or by the pitcher.My only cautionary word is to call ahead if it's the off-season (September-April), because some days they aren't open even if the hours say they are.

Our sever was SO NICE. It was our first time here and she was knowledgeable about the menu and gave good recommendations. I had the basic burger with fries and it was fine. Nothing special. My friend had the fried chicken sandwich with pickles and ranch. It was delicious! The chicken was juicy and flavorful and the bun was the perfect match to support everything going on inside. The view from the deck looking out at the lake is great. No seat is a bad seat.

Always a great experience. I've been going there for 30ish years. Never disappoints. Cheers to the next 30!

Friendly vibe with docks so you can pick up food or stop and get off your boat for a bite. Service is casual and you'll get drinks and food comes out as it's ready (which can be confusing and does result sometimes in some sharing of other items and boxes). The pizza came out hot and had lots of pepperoni. The burgers come atOne temp- done. The fries have some batter and are good. Fusion played while we were there. Good band and could have stayed longer and people wanted to fish and ski. It can be loud next to stage - still able to talk somehow between songs.

If you're looking for a laidback atmosphere to relax and eat, this restaurant is it. Great location on the lake. Good food and good service. Only downside is they charge a fee if you're not paying with cash. With numerous options on our travel from northern to southern Ohio, we're happy we chose Papa Boo's!

My husband and I used to go to Papa Boos in our college days when we were still dating (25 years ago!!). When our son had a track meet in nearby Heath, we decided to stop in! The weather was beautiful so it was nice to sit on the outside deck by the water and listen to the guitarist. The food was bar food, but overall pretty good! I ordered a gluten free pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce, extra provolone/mozzarella cheese, and shrimp. It was delicious and I will definitely order again. We also ordered the street corn dip, which none of us really liked, for multiple reasons. Most in our party thought it was just too bland and "needed something". I didn't care for the smoked chipotle flavor... maybe switch to tajin instead?The lemon pepper wings were delicious, and I am picky about wings. I didn't get a picture because my son devoured them so fast. They weren't very lemony, which was great for me (I'm not a lemon pepper fan). They tasted more like salt/vinegar wings.Overall, it was great to go back and share the experience with our son and we will definitely return.

It's good I recommend it. It's a good environment. I give the telling sub a nine out of 10 I give the wings a seven out of 10, but overall it is really good and the server is amazing.

truthfully one of the worst , over priced establishments I've ever been too. I rarely write bad reviews but this was outrageous. $10 for a $1 microwave pizza. Absolutely nothing was fresh and everything was overpriced for a sad excuse of a portion. the service was fine and it's on the water. They also charge a 3.75% credit/debit card fee. The food is just not great and wayyy too expensive
