First time here. Nice atmosphere, not overdone but with some charm. Good food, nothing spectacular but solid. They have a nice set of lunch choices and a good variety of sauces from spicy to mild. We ordered the fajitas for lunch. Again, not spectacular but good, except for the refried beans which were hard (!). Not sizzling like you'd find elsewhere but tasty. Lunch prices are great, plenty of parking.

My first visit was outstanding and I had been dreaming about going back, hoping the next visit would be just as good...and guess what?! It was! We visited Panchos Tacos on a Friday night (so it was busy), but we were seated quickly and from the moment we arrived every single person that walked by our table was very attentive and friendly. Including the manager who came by to make sure everything went well. He mentioned there is a salsa bar attached (on the other side of the restaurant) that serves alcohol after the restaurant closes...so we want to check that out on our next visit!Our waitress Brooklyn was super sweet. Our food was delicious. I highly recommend the street tacos, every kind I've had so far is great. My favorite so far is the fish street tacos (fried). The menu has so many options including things outside of typical Mexican fare (pizza, wings, sandwiches)...and if you're not sure which margarita to choose (because there are SO many flavor options), try the margarita flight! Highly recommended Panchos Tacos in Mount Vernon!

My wife and I ate here this weekend.We went on Friday night shortly before 5pm. We were greeted when we walked in and seated without delay. The restaurant is decorated brightly and has very nice artwork decorating the walls. It was a wonderful atmosphere. Our server got to us quickly and and explained the menu well. My wife ordered a margarita flight and enjoyed the 4 flavors (cucumber, jalapeno, mango, original) I opted for a Pepsi and lemon slices.She ordered the Bruce Lee and I had the seafood enchiladas. Both meals were delicious! Our daughter had Elote and chips and loved every bite. Now the not so great. We decided to go back Saturday without our kid because of how much we liked the place. We went around 5, and the restaurant wasn't too busy. It began to fill up as we were there. Unfortunately this was a tale of two restaurants. Saturday our service started great but then our server was slow and didn't come back often. Our food came out after a very long wait (3 other tables seated after us and received their food first-we were a party of 2). Additionally, our food was cold. I did speak with the manager just to let them know of our different experiences in hopes they can improve on whatever went wrong. He thanked us for letting us know. Saturday was a rather expensive bill for a mediocre meal. Friday was worth the price (although it was a little expensive) because the food was quick, hot, and well done. I would've gone with 5 stars if it weren't for the second experience. It left a very underwhelming impression and it will be sometime before we work up the courage to return.

My office made a lunch time pick up order. They had the food before while this was my first time. The place was reportedly very busy. If you do an order pick up be ready to give the names from all the orders, not just the order number. I had the tofu tacos and was pretty disappointed. The food was cold, yes it was pick up, but we're not far. The tacos entirely fell apart as it was so soggy and seemed common with the others too so be ready with a fork. It tasted ok, but honestly I probably could've done better throwing it together myself then microwaving it. The tofu didn't seem cooked. It was supposed to have fajita vegetables, but I think each had a single sliver of pepper and onion with a bit extra like the two carrot slices. I did like that there were lime wedges to add some flavor. I'm also not a fan of Styrofoam instead of cardboard boxes, this isn't recyclable or biodegradable. My office seemed okay with their food, but no one seemed wowed. Hoping it's just that we caught them off guard and that this isn't their normal quality. The place is right by the bowling alley so convenient to get food with your game if you want extra options. Ps, they also own other locations and are known for their local food truck too prior to this location.
