Panchos Taco is, dare I say, the best Mexican restaurant in the area! Great to stop at on a road trip if you're passing through on I71. I met my family here for my birthday dinner and left full and happy!We started with the queso and chips. They keep the chips coming on demand. There is plenty of parking. It was busy on Friday night but 5 of us were sat within minutes. Service was quick for how many people were there. It's your typical Mexican restaurant decor. Great ambiance. If I am ever in the Mansfield area, I will surely be recommending this restaurant

I love this place!!! Both locations are fantastic, I personally prefer this one better though.The tacos are a great lunch, not too filling but full of flavor. The drinks are good, although I normally go for a beer at Mexican restaurants. Please come support this local business! You will regret it!

This small town Mexican spot is quite the treat! We stopped here to visit my husband's family and were seated quickly despite the place being packed on a Friday evening. We were waited on quickly and started with the choriqueso and I got a margarita flight. This was so cute and tasty, I loved getting to try 4 different flavors. As with all good Mexican places they keep the chips and salsa coming and they are tasty. For my meal I got the burrito Campeche which was a chicken burrito with chorizo and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone at the table raved about their food and the manager stopped over to say hi and check on us as well which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

Someone told us about this place, so we had to try it. It's about a 30 minute drive from us, north on 71 before Mansfield. Pull up and the parking lot is packed. Luckily, we were seated right away. About 10 minutes later people were standing everywhere waiting!Chips and Salsa came right out. Loved the salsa!I ordered a Margarita flight. The bar was full so I didn't get my flight til right before my food came out. We ordered Queso dip and that came out with our food. Wasn't happy about that too much either. So I was trying to suck down my margaritas before they melted and eat my food. Would have been nice if I had a chance to enjoy my flight before my food. Food came out. Nice presentation and nice portions. I had the Al pastor fajitas which to me lacked a little flavor. Had the hubby try it and he agreed. But I still ate it, wasn't horrible. The rice was Yummy! He ordered the Pollo Hawaiian and his had more flavor to his than mine. We will go back sometime to try something different. I will say they were VERY busy.
