Paddy Wagon

Absolutely delicious. This is the 2nd I've gotten the Buffalo chicken wrap and it doesn't disappoint. Quick and so good.

Wow wow wow. Hubby and I went to a Consolidated Electric event with 3 food trucks. I checked out Yelp reviews, and this was the one for me. We ordered 2 Fifteen To Life. The pickle was crisp. I loved the coleslaw with red cabbage in the sandwich. The brisket yummy. Ample portions of everything. I tend to save everything I really like for another meal. I saved this. I have at least half of my sandwich. I noticed this food truck in Columbus. They were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend. It was so good. I am a happy camper. Brisket top-notch and I do brisket myself.

It's been almost a year since I took this photo of the tacos, and it's almost time for the same festival again, and now all I can think about is these tacos. They were a mess, but they were GOOD - juicy, well-seasoned, and if I remember correctly, quite filling and reasonably priced for Columbus street food.

Paddy Wagon had a pretty long line during the Martina McBride concert at the Columbus Commons. But they kept the line moving, the food fresh, and for the amount of people they were serving it went fast. I ordered the Bourbon Braised Brisket Tacos, which was an order of 2. They were good, a bit messy. I also ordered the Hummuscide (hummus with pita and veggies) which I liked more. The veggies were cool and refreshing and the pita was warm with a bit of flavor. The ratio of hummus to veggies/pita was spot on.

We came across Paddy Wagon at an event in the chilly weather and thought some nice warm sandwiches sounded perfect. We ordered brisket sandwiches and a kids grilled cheese, all of which came with pickle spears and chips. Everything was tasty and hit the spot! Service was fast and friendly.

Great food and customer service! Been a customer since the East End days and recommend it to everyone living or visiting Columbus.

I went to this food truck yesterday at Columbus Commons. Of all the food trucks I tried yesterday, this one was by far my favorite. I tried the brisket tacos and the meat was perfect. I was afraid the meat would be either too juicy and make the tacos wet/soggy or too dry but they somehow got it just right. I absolutely loved the slaw they put on top. I'm not a big fan of purple cabbage but this was perfection. The staff was super sweet and kind too. Side note it was my bday so we usually do a fancy dinner/lunch and I would choose these tacos over that any day!

Woo woo! That's the sound of the Paddy Wagon saving my life after walking around so much at Comfest. Nothing but hearty boy eats! Welcomed by a nicely printed truck with a police bent on attacking your hunger! Locking it up and tossing the keys! I am joking friends (or is she?!) I ended up getting the Angus Brisket sandwich with sauteed mushrooms cuz I love mushrooms. Most meals come with pickles and chips. My sandwich was hottttt! Which I totally appreciate and my pickles were cold! Yummy! Luck also placed them next to the Jazz stage which was fitting! Hearty eats with hearty beats! 5 stars!

I had the brisket. It was very good but pricey. I asked to leave the slaw off and add onion, peppers, mushroom. It was a $12 sandwich. They had to stop taking orders and the cashier helped prepare food before they took orders again. The wait was a little long.All in all it's a good food truck.

I went to an event they are at on Thursdays that has multiple food trucks and this one was by far my favorite! The brisket tacos were my absolute favorite thing I got. They were so perfect and the slaw on top was amazing! Side note it was my bday and I'd pick these tacos over a fancy meal any day! Also the staff was super sweet and kind. Thanks for the great service.
