Opa Greek

My husband and I tried this spot because he said he wanted a sandwich and I wanted Greek, so I figured this could pass the restaurant is a bit on the small side but while we were there it looked like they do a brisk carry out business. I got the falafel gyro and my husband went with the veggie. I also got the French fries. In hindsight I wish I would have gotten the fresh cut fries for 50 cents more as the ones I ordered were not the best. Oddly enough I have high expectations for fries at a Greek restaurant. The food was good and they had a good amount of vegetarian options, so that's always nice. The food came out pretty quickly, one weird thing we noticed is that their soda fountain could use a software update it maybe a tune up as it was painfully slow from screen to screen.

Discovered this place on accident - I didn't feel like cooking so I went on DoorDash looking for something new to try. I stumbled across Opa (thinking it was a different restaurant) and placed an order. I am so happy I found it though since it's so nearby. I got the kebab mix (chicken and lamb) and it came with rice, pita, a salad, and some sauces. Although my lamb was a little overcooked, everything was so flavorful. The portions were on the generous side, so if you're not that hungry, I'm sure you could share a plate! I also ordered the hummus and it came with WARM pita - yum!!! My husband had their lamb kebab, and he said it was probably one of the best Greek food he's had in Columbus. It's a small little business, with only a few stools so I am assuming most people order it to go? The parking situation is also very limited. They still had a "now open" sign so they might be new?!

Placed an online order. Show up at 7 and it's closed. How do you not restrict orders when your shop is going to be closed? Don't waste your time with this place.

It's always a bummer for me to leave less than stellar reviews during these uncertain times but I was a bit disappointed in my experience with Opa Greek. We ordered via Grub Hub and I got the Tilapia which is a large portion that comes grilled with peppers, onions, and served over rice. It's delicious and so is the hummus and pita. It was 16.99 and comes with a drink. While I did not receive the drink it was still a pretty good deal. The pita and hummus was amazing. My husband ordered the veggie delight sandwich. The sandwich he got was different than what he ordered. And he did not receive his Greek Salad. He called and spoke with the owner who apologized and said he would send someone out right away with the missing drink, salad, and the correct sandwich. We waited an an additional hour and a half and gave up. We were able to get refunded through Grubhub for anything missing. Opa Greek reached out later and apologized for the delay and said they got too busy and offered again but he had already eaten something else at that point and we had already gotten a partial refund. Too little..too late

This place was trash when I previously reviewed. It's worse now. The worst people, the worst service, the worst food and everything else. They don't even rate to be serving customers. I hope this is the next restaurant to shut their doors

Fresh clean intuition, super friendly staff (Meghan was great!) and excellent gyros and fries. Reasonably priced as well. Definitely will be making this a regular stop:)

This is a little hidden gem in the Hilliard area. The food was excellent and the people are very friendly. If you enjoy Greek middle eastern cuisine give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

yum! so good! very flavorful and filling. the veggies were slayed and the chicken was cooked to perfection. the little sauce had a little bit of spice or zest or something that i adored. bread was good also wish i ordered another side of it and maybe like a jug of the sauce. anywho i love you guys thank you

Yummy Greek food by a local family. Low wait times although they're always apologetic about it. Decent prices too!
