Loving it!Great vibe and casual. You have tv's pool tables and my very favorite. PRETZEL BITES AND BEER CHEESE!!I think they are the best pretzel bites I have ever had in my entire life. Seriously the best The service was great to top it all off. Good people

When I say I was underwhelmed, that would be an understatement...The place is a hole in the wall neighborhood bar. The service was ok. The food was ok. They have a super limited menu - wings, 3 sandwiches, a salad, and chilli cheese fries. So this is how our visit went... They were out of unsweetened tea... They were out of chilli (when you have less then 10 items on you menu how do you run out of the components for 1 of them?) Wifey had their boneless wings which she discribed as "nothing special" - I had their Italian sub which was really not that good. There are so many other restaurants in that area to choose from this is really not worth the time. I am not overly critical I very rarely give 2 stars on a review but...

Appetizers we had were good. We were a little surprised that a sports bar shut down its biggest TV on a Friday night so that it could be used for karaoke...and there was nobody lined up to sing. We ended up leaving to go to a different sports bar where we could watch NHL finals and a the championship game for the local soccer team. They seemed to not even have their local team in a championship on their radar. The people were nice there, but their TVs were small and they just didn't seem as interested in sports as other "sports bars".

Just tried the wings at O'Nelly's. They were freaking great. The wings were perefectly cooked...naked...The wings were crispy on the outside and very tender & juicy on the inside. The meat literally fell off the bone. I had John's extra hot sauce and they were sauced beautifully. I also had a side of fries with the beer cheese side. Also damn good!!! I didn't get a picture because I have a dinosaur for a phone and I suck at taking pics. My only complaint would be that I love a melt your guts hot sauce, and John's sauce was not that hot for me, but very flavorful. Definitely in my top 5 of wings!!!! Give them a try!!! BTW....12 wings, fries with the cheese sauce and 2 beers was only $30. I think it's a good bargain!

Ugh. I hate to do this but O'Nell's is under new ownership and if you ever went here for food--the new food--it's bad. The menu is now a shadow of its former offerings. Wings, a couple sandwiches and an abbreviated menu of appetizers. It's pretty upsetting as compared to their old food which was unique and delicious--they had the Pittsburgh Yinzer sandwich which was my fave. Wings now taste like they're over baked and the ranch is trash. They were out of celery and chili. Over priced for what it is. We won't be back for food. Sorry.

O'Nelly's is an Irish bar. It's obvious by the name of the place. They serve lots of Irish beer and whiskey. It also has some food. The atmosphere is rowdy for St. Patrick's Day and games. I recommend getting something Irish in an Irish bar. It has several Irish beers in bottles and on draft. The bottles include Killian's Irish Red. It's about $2 for domestics. The other beers are $3 and something. If you're hungry they have some bar food. The pretzel bites are good for absorbing alcohol and pacing yourself. It comes with a choice of cheese or mustard. Order it with the spicy mustard if they have that. Another good choice is the hummus. Strange how there's something healthy on the menu. If you like Irish bars you should go here. The food is better than average greasy bar shit. You should have a good time any day of the year.

Awful food. It was burnt and cold at the same time. It took over an hour for 3 Rueben's and we were the only table in the restaurant! And the waitress was rude.

A great place to have some drinks with friends. The wings are great. Karaoke on Friday nights. Fun place!
