Stopped in at the market with family. My mom's choice to eat was this stand at the market. She got the Cuban Sandwich with a side of the Lobster Bisque. The soup looked so good I had to get one for myself and it was amazing.

Stopped in for Sunday Brunch. The egg sandwich was phenomenal! Thick fluffy eggs with bacon on soft ciabatta bread. The accompanying fruit cup was above average! Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries.... So refreshing!

Always excited to try new vendors at Hilliard Market. This booth is located just to the right when you walk in and has lots of sandwich options. We decided on the Cuban and the pastrami melt. Both were ready pretty quickly and were nice and hot. Overall we enjoyed the meal but do wish it would've come with a little extra like maybe a pickle.

What a great spot! Like a convenience stop of cute bites in the amazing center street. I got a fromage grille (with a crooked can Paloma pictures) which is basically a fancy flavorful grilled cheese with bacon. They give you a little buzzer to know when your food is ready, which is super helpful for the always busy center street, but the gentleman working was kind enough to bring out my sandwich to me since I hadn't gone far. The staff was so kind and easy to talk to (especially as I creepily took pictures). They have a great selection of "convenience" items as well- chips, candy, Al's popcorn, hot sauce, honey, so many local items. If you're thinking about coming here, let me tell you, you don't need to think anymore.
