Need a quick and healthy snack or a meal replacement then check this place out! Situated in a strip shopping center off New Albany Road near Giant Eagle and Roosters. Plenty of parking out front and this location is easy to find. I was greeted by two amazing people who welcomed me and gave me a quick tour through my options. They have a long bar like table with seating in view of the menu elegantly written on a board. Pick a tea that is then mixed with Aloe. I chose the lemon tea and it was certainly refreshing and light. While I sipped on that over ice I debated on which shake I wanted. After pouring over the abundance of viable options, I chose the Almond Joy. Chocolate shake with bits of fresh coconut and Almonds! OMG! What did I just have! It tasted sinful even tho the fat, calorie and sugar content was low but high in protein. Go New Life Nutrition! I was able to get a solid meal replacement lunch while running errands instead of picking up something fast that I would regret later. I noticed they used Herbalife shakes. They do sell them if making the shakes at home appeases you. Either way, I am in love with this place and recommend it to anyone looking to grab a healthy snack or meal.

Love New Life Nutrition! The atmosphere is my favorite part about it all. This facility is an Herbalife health club that serves smoothies, herbal tea, and distributes product. Doesn't matter if it's your first time trying Herbalife or your 100th, this club is AWESOME! Staff is engaging and helpful. I visited the first time and was overwhelmed with the amount of options but the staff was helpful in helping me make a decision. Great tasting smoothies, with or without fruit, around $8 a smoothie. Very personalized and pleasant experience.

My favorite place to go before work. Love the staff and really enjoy how I feel after leaving New Life. I have been to other nutrition clubs and was not as impressed. My favorite part of going to New Life is when I walk in and am greeted by name. The staff really takes the time to personalize each interaction

So today I walked into New Life Nutrition in New Albany never being to one before but always hearing good things about it and wanting to try it. Brandon greeted me right away, I told him I have never been here before and asked him how it worked. He gave me so much knowledge of the brand and company and showed me the variety of all the flavors! Right away I was interested (me and my boyfriend haven been talking about dieting and working out and getting more and shape) so I was like this is perfect. I had the gobstopper tea and the banana Carmel shake! I have never tasted something so good yet so healthy in my entire life. It's also a very affordable price. I will definitely be returning and replacing my lunch with these awesome shakes and teas. Brandon was super nice and super helpful. I'm so excited to start this new journey with Herbalife Nutrition!!

I have been to New Life several times off of a recommendation of a coworker. They serve Herbalife shakes that are so much better than shakes I make at home. Plus your first shake is free. I have had the Buckeye, Wildberry, and Orange Creamsicle. You also get a tea while they make your shake included in the price

I LOVE all Herbalife branches and locations. I've been contemplating posting something for the last few days because I've been coming to this location for several years.. but I can't help but be disappointed. I've been in twice during the pandemic, both times no one in the store - employees or customers - was wearing a mask except me. No attempt at enforcing social distancing measures (not even Xs on the floor). The only practice that seems to follow COVID regulations is the employee will put on a plastic glove when you hand them your card & a large hand sanitizer bottle. They even let you touch the screen for the sake of their tip..They also have a text option where your shake can be delivered to your car in 15 minutes, I have not yet utilized this service. Does it really change things if the employee making the shake isn't wearing a mask/is breathing on your shake?Last time I was in, there were maybe 4 or 5 people who had been served their teas and were waiting for the shakes. It was 10+ minutes before I was even acknowledged. This isn't typical of this location, they're usually really fast to serve.Very disappointed in how they're handling COVID measures. The Newark/Granville Location has all employees wearing masks and enforcing social distancing for customers. They also don't let the customer touch the payment screen (I just say "add 20% tip"). Looks like I will be going there for my shake fix for at least the remainder of this pandemic. It's not a matter of if you get this virus but when, people. And then it's a matter of which friends and family you exposed to it.

Have had other Herbalife nutrition products, was really looking forward to having a new location to go to. Unfortunately our first trip in we were encountered with 5 employees without masks, and thus did not purchase shakes or other products. I can't confirm that the owner/manager was one of them, however the man who tried to take my order had the presence of the owner of the business. We look forward to coming back after the pandemic is behind us, or the employees begin wearing masks.
