I was excited to try this place and had high hopes. However it was mediocre at best. The egg rolls and crab rangoons were very chewy, the hot and sour soup was not nearly spicy enough and the entrees while good was nothing to write home about. This place works when your craving Chinese but there are other places nearby that are better.

I've been a loyal customer here since I was a kid. My mom would bring me down and I could just barely see over the counter, longevity for the win. Best Chinese food in the area, hands down. The food tastes like it's on a whole other level, and not bogged down with too much salt or grease. The prices have always been cheaper than the other nearby places and the portions are huge! Menu is big and plenty of variety. Cheaper to eat there during lunch hours. Since I've been going there the prices are gone up slightly, but nothing outrageous (just keeping with the times and the economy). Staff is always friendly and kind, and if you're a frequent flyer like me, they know my voice and my face very well.I always call ahead, and the longest I've ever had to wait was *maybe* twenty-five minutes to pick-up food, which works out nicely because I live ten minutes away and I usually have to hit the bank beforehand. The wait is usually not long at all. I used to wander in and order on the spot and even then the wait was not long, depending on how many people were in line. They DON'T DELIVER, which to some people may seem like a drawback, but I've lost count how many times I've thrown clothes on, hopped in the car, and drove down here specifically get lunch or dinner, even though I didn't feel like leaving the house. They're that good.If your meal is under $8 they won't take your credit/debit card, but they are well worth the cash, and if you order enough food they'll give you a free 2-liter. How many places do that anymore? Not many.They've been a local hit for years and have built a great relationship with the community and customer base. If you find yourself in Massillon looking for a place to get food and you're not wanting to hit a franchise, consider going here.

I came here again after about a year of not buying their wonton soup. I was disappointed. The broth was flavorless and too salty. There were no shredded pork pieces on the bottom of the soup. The filling of the wonton tasted similar, but it was definitely lacking something. I hate to rate this restaurant so low, but it's really not the same anymore. I won't be coming back unless this soup starts being made the way it always has been.

Not sure what the other reviewers experienced but my Hunan beef was mediocre at best. A rather old and plain facility. The typical menu board pictures of various dishes are all very old and faded. Not a very impressive cheap Chinese restaurant.

I been a regular customer of this restaurant for a long time now. The food was always good and was ready in a decently timed manner but after ordering my General sows combination and chicken on a stick last night I became severely ill! Throwing up undigested food and nonstop diarrhea after 30 minutes of eating! I blew my nose while puking and had chicken shreds come out. Staphylococcus aureus food poisoning and I'm terrified to go back now, I never felt so damn sick. 16$ wasted, raw a$$, and nauseous all night

absolutely terrible service for below average food . if you're looking for Chinese food please do yourself a favor and save your money and go elsewhere . be prepared to wait 30 mins after your order is "done" just to get some under cooked crab rangoon . I would give it 0 stars if I could , New Home Sing needs a New Home far from here .

I have been going here for Chinese take out for only about three years. They are fast and friendly. I will say their food could be a bit more spicy. I always order the hot and sour soup. It is good, lots of vegetables, but not very hot or sour. Their Genetal Tso's chicken tastes okay but is not very crispy. In general I would say their food is good, just wish they would amp up the spices.
