Very friendly and helpful. Greeted immediately and offered to try a coffee flavor. I'm new to the Nespresso family and they welcomed me with open arms. I asked lots of questions and got great answers. I got help from the rep in signing up to be a new member. I left with lots of new pods to try and a quest to find my favorite flavor. Thanks! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME , JUST ORDER ONLINE. THANK ME LATER!!!I have never been treated so poorly in a store before. The employees were all extremely rude and dismissive. I ended up getting pods that I don't even like because I was offered no guidance despite it being my first time there. I even told them it was my first time and it issued no response. I asked a question, also issued no response. Nobody greeted me. I didn't even know if I was standing in the correct spot to checkout. The miserable lady working didn't speak at all other than to snobbily ask me if I was a member. I would've signed up and spent more money but I was so extremely uncomfortable that I panic bought pods and ran out asap. I was the only person in the store. I looked at Google to see if anyone else had the same experience and it is full of terrible service reviews. I will never return again if the two women who were there today 6-17-2024 still work there. I guess I'll keep buying the Starbucks pods from target until that situation is resolved.

Sooooo rude! I have never been in the store before and I waited for someone to greet me but ultimately said hello first to break the ice after multiple long stares from the workers. Then I proceeded to let them know I have never been there before so wasn't sure how it worked. Both workers seemed like it was a burden that we even walked in, no friendly greeting or explanation on what to look for, recommendations, or tips. We asked about a good option for iced coffees and the employee just pointed to an area on the sheet. I won't be back and told multiple people about how uncomfortable the experience made me feel, and they let me know they also had similar experiences. Just bad customer service all around. Shame because I would have liked to hear more about the selections and flavors. :(

Had a good experience at the Easton location. I got two sleeves of coffee that I wanted to try (Vivida and Golden Caramel) and one that was suggested by the man working (Mexico). All three have been delicious. I will definitely be back. :)

Avoid this location! Staff has very bad attitude!Asked a couple simple questions and they were very short with me. Worst customer service ever especially the lady with the red hair! Why does she work here?!?! She obviously doesn't care.

As a first-time store customer, I won't come back. A worker was very rude and snooty. Wasn't aware in an open concept you weren't allowed to touch their merchandise. Didn't appreciate how the rep spoke to me about it. Was ready to drop $100+ but will continue to order online. Perhaps change your store concept and layout if you're not allowed to touch anything.

I visited the Nespresso Boutique and the service was excellent. They truly provide and treat everyone amazing. I fell in love with their coffee.Although I didn't purchase my unit at that time, I do recommend their product and it should be a must in every household.My sister gifted me the Nespresso VirtuoPlus for my birthday as I just turned the Big 60.You should definitely visit the store and taste the coffee for yourself. I no longer have use of my previous coffee machine or Keurig. The coffee brews like a barista. I currently don't have their frothing and that's my next item to buy along with the collection of their mugs and spoons.
