"On the road again?" If you are (or even if you aren't...) and just happen to be tired of all the chairs and fast food joints on 70/in the Springfield area, be SURE to give this wonderful hidden gem again visit. Literally right off I-70 (exit 59) in the BP gas station parking lot on Rt. 41 S, this food truck is GOOOOD!! Pretty extensive menu for a food truck, definitely something for just about everyone, from apps., breads, entrees, traditional drinks and desserts. I wasn't 100% excited about my dal makhani (spicy lentils w/rice) but that's on me, not them. It was a little too soupy for my liking, next time I'll try something else. My paneer paratha was a great alternative to the usual na'an, MUCH more flavor... I'd go for that option, or something similar, again. I asked for extra chutney, the green was great but the red was a watery mess. VERY reasonably priced, quick and friendly service, what's not to like? I'm almost POSITVE they'll get that fifth star from me on my NEXT visit!!Namaste, Nawab!!

Everything was so fresh tasting , garlic naan was amazing!!! Not reheated, made fresh!! Chicken tikka masala had the balance of creaminess, spice and tangy. I'm definitely going back for more!! Prices are reasonable as well, give your self atleast 15 to 20 mins only because they do cook everything to order. So far the best Indian meal I've had in Springfield.

The service was absolutely amazing. It offers a diverse range of dishes, from chicken curry, and goat curry, showcasing regional variety. They use fresh ingredients and spices not only enhances taste but also offers health benefits.The mango lassi was cold and refreshing and absolutely delicious. Looking for something different. Then I highly recommend them.

The customer service is great and the food is fast for being freshly made. The paneer makhari is one of the best things I have ever tasted. Their Naan is fantastic and the mango Lassi can't be described in words! I couldn't possibly recommend this place more!
