I came to NAPA this past Friday with my boyfriend for his Christmas work dinner. We were in a party of 14 people and dined in a private room. The room itself was very nice and I noticed the regular seating area looked very cozy as well. I'd had the braised short rib at the Taste of Dublin and had been craving it again ever since and was very excited to be coming back! Because we were in a large party we had a set menu. I started with the veal meatballs and some type of mushroom toast. The toast did not blow me away but I LOVED the meatballs. I'm very picky with meatballs so was hesitant at first but the sauce was amazing and the meatballs were so tender. I then started with an old fashioned that was pretty good. We had three courses for the meal and started with a choice of soup or salad and I had the Napa greens salad and my boyfriend had the wedge. The Napa greens was also pretty good but we were not fans of the wedge. To start, it was not a wedge, just random pieces of iceberg lettuce. It also had no bacon, the ranch was pretty watery, and there was hard boiled egg that made the entire salad taste like one giant egg. For the main I had the braised short rib again and it was the star of the show! It comes with mascarpone risotto and what I believe was carrots and parsnips. All the flavors paired so well together and the short rib was so tender. For dessert I then had the bourbon bread pudding that was served warm with vanilla ice cream. I wasn't able to finish but just a few bites as I was so stuffed, but it was also so delicious. We also had a red blend and Cabernet served with dinner which were both delicious wines. Our server was very attentive and nice the whole meal and we loved having the privacy of a private room for our party. I'll definitely be coming back on my own again for the short rib!

A great neighborhood gem!Our family stopped by NAPA Kitchen for an early dinner on a Friday night.The ambiance of the place is cozy and shabby chic with a fireplace and soft tones across multiple dining rooms. The cocktail menu and drink list are great as you would expect for a wine bar. Drinks also came in beautiful glasses with artistic touches.The menu is approachable with small touches to elevate the entrees we had (i.e., smoked chicken in the tortellini, mascarpone in risotto) and was tasty and well presented.Service was prompt, attentive, and friendly.Had it been just my wife and me for dinner, I may have rated it slightly higher, but while they did have a children's menu, it feels like an afterthought. Still, I think the restaurant likely caters a bit more to clientele of a wine bar - not families - which is likely the experience other guests seek.Bottom line, it was a great experience close to home. I may recommend selecting this place for families and groups without young children - we'll likely be back, but may hire a sitter next time we come.

I've been here once before for lunch and we decided to meet friends for dinner. It was great to see they changed their menu. I am Deaf and there is a young girl who is CODA (children of deaf adults) and is fluent in sign do it is always nice to make that connection. We loved how the place is decorated, especially in the back room we were in. Our waiter, Jason was attentive and friendly. We had great service. The food we all agreed was top of the line. Could not have been better. We already talked about coming back. This is a great place to dine and one needs to experience in order to understand why it's a staple in the Dublin community.

Had dinner here the other night with my daughter she and I had a great meal . I had the beef stroganoff and was really good but could of had larger pieces of the beef and I perfer the sour cream mixed in other wise it's cold . My daughter had the sesame orange salmon which she really liked . We had the calamari for an appetizer and the chocolate pot de cream desert , both very good , our server , Rockelle was very nice and helpful . Tue night is half off of bottle of wine. Came in for our annual sweater party. Just four of us. Very upscale, very nice in every way you look. Our server was super knowledgeable and friendly and made everything very enjoyable. We started with the calamari and the brie cheese app. Make you drool, and the wine!!! And the martinis!! Then we all had the filets, too much food for all of us, ended up with one filet eaten and ate everything else on the table!! The filet melted in your mouth. Perfect place for a holiday dinner, date night, any special occasion. Love this place!

Had a reservation and got seated right away. Was approached and given waters by one server who introduced herself as our server, but then she must have switched because she never came back and a new server who did not introduce herself took over, making the encounter confusing and slightly awkward. Outside of that, entrees were great. The environment is also cozy. Will come back.

They hosted a beautiful baby shower for my sister in law!The server was so nice and accommodating, making sure everyone had what they needed. The food was delicious and so was my cocktail. Everyone raved about their meals, and my sister in law and her mother were so happy they didn't have to do any of the cooking or cleanup!I definitely want to try this place for dinner another time too!
