Naicco Cuisine

This review is simply for the fry bread as that's all we had today at the coffee fest. But I had to leave a review because it was absolutely amazing. The butter and berry sauce were just perfect.

We found out about NAICCO Cuisine through a post from the Worthington Farmers Market, and eagerly made plans to stop by and check it out after seeing the delicious looking pictures of the menu items. NAICCO Cuisine is a food trailer that creates Native American street food. The smells were amazing! We opted for the Buffalo Burger, which is accompanied by a cup of corn salad and your choice of toppings, and the fry bread, which is topped with a drizzle of honey and powdered sugar. Everything was delicious and very much enjoyed! We'll be watching for the trailer again!

The quality of the food is surpassed only by the passion and purpose of the people involved.Please show support for NAICCO in these trying times.I am not a fan of doughnuts. Their Fry Bread is something else entirely. Better than any pastry I've ever had. The exterior is crisp, almost a crunch to it. The interior is Incredible! Just the right density and moisture. And it won't overwhelm you with sweetness, even thought the Wojapi berry sauce they put on top is fantastic! Sign up for emails on their website so you can catch them in the Spring.
