Meatloaf!Let me preface by saying I love a tasty meatloaf. One of my favorite dishes to make and eat. I try NOT to eat meatloaf dishes at places when reviewing them because it is either a definite leg up or cause for doom if it is good or bad. The only menu item I really found appealing from this food truck was a meatloaf sandwich though so I ordered it up. it came on texas toast with some kind of cheese and sauce on top. While I thought the meatloaf was mushy, it was full of flavor. The texas toast gave another texture, though something harder would have been better since the meatloaf was so soft. I enjoyed it very much, it was quite a comforting, homey dish.

Now that there are food trucks at the James ambulatory clinics in Dublin, I can easily try several.. loved the bacon grilled cheese. Just the right amount of grease and pillowy Texas toast.

"My place or yours?" Well I'm guessing the answer is their place because you feel like you got raped after you pay $6 for a ham and cheese sandwich on texas toast. I'm not even joking. The sad part is its not actually that good. The sadder part is I tried to jazz it up and have them throw on a fried egg and the dudes tried to charge me $1 for a fried egg. Last time I checked you can get a dozen eggs for $1 at Sam's club. Just trying to have a decent lunch here after working hard all morning.
