A little of this. A little of that. A little of everything. We were trying to figure out if it is a consignment store or not. I still don't know for sure. Some stuff seemed new and some used. If you are patient, you can find some real diamonds in the rough here. My friend got a really cute cheeseboard for $5! They have home decor, cookware, and holiday decor. A fun place to browse for something you didn't know you needed.

I have shopped here for over a decade, closer to two decades, actually, even back when it had a different owner, and it was My Cousin's Closet. It is your best bet to get secondhand GOOD stuff. I go a few times each month because they get new things in often. About 1/10 the things in my whole house are probably from this shop! The quality is like new, and the prices are lower! You will have to hit a yard sale or thrift store for lower prices, but you will be hard pressed to find such good quality secondhand at any other shop. The gals who run the shop are absolutely amazing, and going in is always a great experience. Make this part of your regular shopping routine.

Appears to have some nice new and used housewares and decorations. I didn't check all prices, but for used pieces their prices are high. My sister was interested in a used wooden mirror and asked if they would take a lower price. This is a VERY common practice in second hand stores. The two women behind the counter rolled their eyes at the question. They had no idea I was with my sister, so basically were rude to a customer in front of another customer, not realizing I saw them.So the one woman walked away while the other explained to my sister they don't discount their prices. So not only do they need to get over themselves but they need to practice their customer service skills. You NEVER make fun of customers while other customers are in the store. My sister ended up buying the mirror. I let her know what happened afterwards and she indicated she won't be back either.Do yourself a favor and don't patronize this shop.

Today I'm giving you a 1. We live 45 minutes away. Was having a lovely lunch with my 86 year old mother in Westerville and decided to stop in your store real quick before we had to rush off to another part of town to go to a doctor's appointment... we used to love your store when it was my cousins closet. Today my mom had a bathroom emergency AFTER I purchased from you. We were told no public restrooms... that you tell people to walk a block away to Graeters Ice Cream Shop. My mom was having her accident IN YOUR STORE AND YOU WOULDN'T HELP HER. YOU MADE AN ELDERLY LADY WALK A BLOCK STAND AT A LIGHT AND WAIT TO CROSS A STREET ... a handicapped woman!!! we had to then also stop at a retail store to purchase her pants etc and thus we were late to her appointment and they wouldn't see her and we have to reschedule. SO much for customer service. Very sad. Very disappointing.

I've lived in Westerville for 34 years and have not missed visiting this resale shop in 15 years, especially on Small Business Saturday! My daughters and I have found collectibles, decor and even a couple of chairs. All in excellent shape and price well below the original retail price. If you don't 'wander around" ever nook and cranny ...you've missed something you need or a great gift!
