Music Go Round - Gahanna

I'd definitely like to explore here more, but during my first quick visit, I was really impressed by the size of the store and prices! They seem to specialize in contemporary instruments like guitars, but they had quite a range of band instruments and band equipment. I will definitely come back here for clarinet supplies, which at a glance were generally much cheaper than Amazon.In addition to these items, they offer lessons, one of which I snuck a peek (listen) to. They had a nice set-up with a sitting area, which guardians can sit at while their child has their lesson.The last feature I really appreciated on the way out was a large bulletin board, full of flyers - local music events/concerts, inquiries to join a band, etc. It was a nice way to get a taste of Columbus's music community and opportunities!

I tried this store on a whim. I am so impressed with everyone that works there. They were so welcoming and helpful. I worked specifically with Steve. He was incredible. I took an old acoustic guitar in for new strings and to get cleaned up. He treated it like it was his own and gave me updates and kind suggestions. You don't often see great customer service these days, BUT... Music Go Round in Gahanna was phenomenal! I will be back for sure !

I've been in the music business for over 30 years. Visited music shops since I was 10 and I have never been treated with such disrespect. My disappointment wasn't with the offer I was given on a practice amp but with how the shop attendant talked to me. I wanted to use the money to buy a bongo stand for a community group that I perform with. During the normal bargaining I shared that I wanted to use the money to purchase a used bongo stand that they had in stock and donate it to a community band. He responded with "don't bring your problems to me" as an argument to why he couldn't go any higher. His tone was condescending as he told me that what I had in this amplifier. Again, I knew what the amp was worth but it doesn't cost anything to treat people with respect. This was the deal.They were going to sell the amp for $59Give me $21 for the ampI wanted a bongo stand that cost $29.99I was reaching the $10 when he busted out the comment of me "having a problem" This store has a problem! It is called customer service!

Needed to go there for my son's oboe reeds. During my visit, I discovered the service and selection were both excellent.

I received the worst customer service from this store. We've taken our trumpet in for repair three times and the valve continues to break. Rather than apologize and offer a refund for a bungled repair, the sales clerk blamed my daughter for breaking her trumpet on purpose and then lying to me to cover it up because it "can't be their repair guy who has 40 years of experience." He called me TWICE to completely disrespect me and my child over the phone. Her high school band director took the trumpet to a different repair shop but I'm out the $100 for the initial repair cost. I can't believe how rude this guy was to me when all he needed to do was make it right. Would not recommend. Find another place to have your instruments repaired.

This story is amazing the customer was so freaking awesome I tried to give them a tip (they went that far above and beyond) and they would not except it So impressed with the prices but the customer service was second to none!!

Amazing customer service and support and they helped us find just the right instrument for our budget.

I have come to this shop on many occasions and on all of them have been treated with kindness dispite my overall lack of guitar knowledge. My only complaint would be i wish they had some higher end options for ukulele. i've been looking to purchase a nice concert ukulele but all there higher quality ukes are tenors. past that, this place is awesome and makes me feel at home every time I walk in.

I'm just getting back into playing guitar and I'm so glad that I made the drive over here. I felt very welcomed. Steve helped me, he was kind and I could tell he was very knowledgeable.It was a very chill environment, the store had both nice used and new things. The interactions I saw between staff and other customers were also very positive. They seemed like regulars, and it has the kind of vibe that the store has its own community.I'll definitely be back if I need anything.

Recently purchased something online from this location. Even though I'm all the way in CA, they still treated me like a valued customer from Gahanna. Their service was great, shipping was fast, and packaging was very thoughtful. Very happy customer.
