Mugsy's Pub and Patio

I came here a few times, it's a solid local bar right off the highway that was close to the hotel I was staying at. It features great amenities inside and out as well. Though I stayed indoors and never went outdoors. The inside was spacious, featured newly renovated restrooms it seems with plenty of urinals. Plenty of drinks on tap with a great happy hour. They have darts and pool tables but I'm not a fan of the restaurant next door but you can order food and have it put on your tab which is great. Overall, I enjoyed my visit

Neighborhood dive bar. Bartenders were attentive and personable. Fair selection of alcohol, top shelf Bourbons included Blantons and Weller. Some solid second second tier options with Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace, Woodford and Basil Hayden; after that it dropped off pretty substantially. Prices were reasonable Not a big fan of the Music on the jukebox which was a little too much head banging stuff for this old guy but that is a personal preference.

Total dive bar, but my husband and I love this place. Truthfully, the cheapest place I know of (besides my house) to get drunk. Pretty great selection of beers and if you go in their frequently enough, they'll order whatever kind of beer you want. Bartenders remember you and are super attentive. They have the best St Patrick's Day bash that I know of that starts at 6am. Go next door to Minellis and get a pizza - it's cheap, oily and really good.

I love this place. Every year for Saint Patrick's Day they open at 6am for kegs and eggs, because you can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning. Great staff. Great prices. Even a great crowd.

Cheap drinks.... That's about all I can say here. The service wasn't great and they don't serve food. So, if you just want a dive bar, this is you place. Although, surprisingly clean bathrooms! If you just want a place to drink, you won't be upset. Don't expect more than that.

Absolute worst bar I've been in. The barmaid was unwelcoming and then carded a 26 year old who wasn't drinking (DD). Then stated she couldn't stay without her ID. This is on top of there being only six other people in the place. Stay far away from this place. It would be a zero star if yelp would let me.

I've been here about a dozen times and it's always been a good experience. Cheap drinks, friendly staff, and good food is available right next door.
