Mudd Valley Cafe and Creamery

We recently realized this cafe was located upstairs in the Walnut Creek building. It's a cafe that is pretty large and has a lot of tables. They have normal snacks, lunch sandwiches, burgers, and lots of other homestyle items. I had the Diner Deluxe Sandwich which was honey roasted turkey, honey ham, and bacon. Unfortunately, mine had cheese on it even though I asked for it without. I peeled it off and still enjoyed the sandwich. I did add some condiments from the condiment bar since the sandwich was served with just the meat and cheese. Everyone else enjoyed their sandwiches and burgers. They really liked the crispy fries. Service was friendly and the restaurant was pretty clean.

I was disappointed to see the homemade ice cream is not what is being served at the counter, but being packed away for the freezer section. Unfortunately we live too far away to take some home with us.

Good meal at a great price. The aroma and flavor of the Jamaican coffee was truly amazing!

I love coming to eat at the upstairs cafe after shopping at the grocery store. I could eat the baked oatmeal every day of my life!

What a wonderfully great place to get lunch! So many of the other restaurants in the area are over priced, and the food is just Soso because of the volume of food they serve. We found this place amidst the noise of all the other eateries, cafés, and restaurants in town. We ordered the stacks which is a lot of food, pressure, gradient, and wonderfully delicious.

Nice cafe above grocery store. French toast was good, breakfast sandwich was great! Croissant was nice and flakey! Nothing fancy but the view down below is fun and the store decor in general is interesting to look at.

Stopped by this cute cafe for lunch. My husband ordered a roast beef sandwich with a side of coleslaw. He said it was a delicious sandwich but the coleslaw was a little spicy with a horseradish taste. I had a cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. The onion rings were great - the burger was slightly above average. The staff is polite & helpful. Very clean place.

Very clean and best grilled chicken sandwich I've had outside of my kitchen.We will return!

We were up in the area and stopped for lunch. We ordered the chicken salad. Meh... not a fan. It was mayo, sweet pickles, and chicken. I had coleslaw again, still good (see my previous review). The wife had onion rings. Very good. We'll be back.

Amazing food! One of my favorite places to eat! The burger and fries are amazing. I highly recommend getting the soft serve ice cream! Friendly service!
