Kent was great and very knowledgable about all the games. We will rent from them again for future parties

Rented for a child's birthday party. They arrived early and the van was very clean. We did 12 game play at a time which was great for our group. I didn't really specify games upfront and maybe in the future have them ask. They picked for us Minecraft, driving game and sonic. The kids were happy with these and took turns. The person running the truck, Anthony, was very calm with the kids and explained up front the rules and where to put the controllers. He also nicely showed a few kids how to play the games. My note to parents: there will be 1-2 kids that will jail break the party. At one point I went from having the kids supervised and happy in the van to running wildly in my yard. Yes, I'm normally yelling "no more devices" and now was trying to convince kids to go play video games. All in all it is great alternative to a party at a location. And I can see adults loving it, too. Although only my husband was brave enough to try to game with 10+ kids. And other parents agreed, genius idea so your house isn't destroyed after a kid party.

My boys just played in the video trailer at first night Columbus. Lots of kids wanting to play he did his best to rotate players. The bounce house workers from this company were also very nice and good with the kids. Even the little kids. I'm sure having them at our kids party would make it fun and memorable for all who attend. Great job tonight Mr Game Room team.

We used Mr. Game Room for my 8 year olds birthday party! He and his friends had SO much fun! The truck is clean, arrived 15 minutes early for set up, and everything was ready to go! Highly recommend them for any gamer in your life! Our host was Kent! He was great with the kids, and knew a lot about the games. thanks for a great time! oh and the truck has AC and keeps pretty cool!

We reserved a game truck for 8 PM. They were to arrive early for set-up. At 7:58 PM, when my son's party was in progress and the children were in the driveway looking for the truck, the driver called to say he had car trouble and was 20 minutes away. (20 minutes away but he was to have arrived long before, so even if the truck was fine he would have been late.) We asked if he was going to come at all and he said he was not sure. I asked if they could send another truck and he said his boss would have to answer that. I asked if we could speak to his boss and was told no. I asked if we should break the news to all these children and the birthday boy and he said he did not want to do that because he could get in trouble. We waited 45 more minutes, no update, I finally called back and he said "ummm yeah I guess cancel your kid's party." I asked what the company planned to do to make this right and he said "we will refund your payment for the party." So I'm glad they are generous enough to refund a service they never showed up to deliver, but that does not change the ruined birthday party and expense we incurred trying to find alternatives. There's been no apology from the owner. We were actually trying this service out for the first time, as I throw and refer a lot of parties and do a lot of event planning. Needless to say, they failed the test and won't make our cut. There are other game delivery services in the area that deliver top notch service and I highly recommend you check them out!

Had my son's 10th party this past weekend, they absolutely loved it and so did the adults . Kent was our host he was on time , so nice and communicated the entire time . Will definitely do this again .

Mr Game Room was awesome!!! we Rented for our son's 9th birthday and I can't say enough good things. Reasonably priced, here on time, clean truck, etc. already planning to use this business again for future parties. John was a great game truck guide. Friendly reminder to plan on tipping!! :)

Could not have been happier with them for my son's 13th birthday party. They arrived early and gave the kids plenty of time to choose from the nearly endless library of games on all of the popular systems. The truck was clean, the kids had plenty of room to get excited and jump around. The vendor was friendly and helpful to the younger ones, which added to my piece of mind. Plus with all the blaring games and screaming kids you couldn't hear a peep from outside, definitely an added plus. I would highly recommend them!

Book with another company. They didn't show up for my sons birthday. We paid a deposit and had an email confirmation and no one showed up. I'm devastated for my son. They ruined his birthday. No one from the company has responded to our calls and emails.
