A true staple of Columbus. The best Chinese food anywhere, the lady who runs the place is the NICEST HUMAN in the galaxy. She will help you pick something you like if you aren't sure. Her and her family cook everything for you fresh and the food comes out at a very reasonable time. She makes you feel like part of her family and her families cooking is diabolically good. The overall vibe of the Restaraunt itself is very cute and on brand with what your eating. You have to stop by if you're a student at OSU or just visiting the city!

Definitely a dive spot on campus to visit. Very nice decor the lady greeted me pretty friendly and the food was made pretty well the only downfall in my experience cuz they were showing politics on the TV at first she said well just don't watch if you don't like, but then she changed it for me but the crazy part about it was that then the cook came in with his laptop and he was in the table in front of me but politics on again I don't know if this place understands about serene and stress-free environment you try to sit down and eat not everybody wants to see politics I'm trying to enjoy meal, other than that the food is made well restaurant has been here for many years in Columbus Ohio.

We've found our favorite place to take our son to lunch when we visit him down at OSU. The owner is so warm and friendly..makes you feel like family. Authentic Chinese Food, decent portions, delicious in a cozy homey environment. Inside is clean, a hidden gem right next door to Buckeye Donuts. We've tried multiple lunch options and enjoyed them all. Scrambled eggs with shrimp, tomato with Shrimp, Soy Sauce Chicken, Duck, Roast Pork.

I'm updating my review. It's been a long time since i had last been to Moy's. The overall experience was much better than in previous visits. For lunch I ordered the bbq pork and duck. The bbq pork was very tasty and the duck was melt in the mouth good. The ambience is as always. It's basically a no frills restaurant and that is fine. The service was better than before.

I ate at Moy's something like 20-22 years ago because my now brother and law picked it for a family gathering. Fast forward, and he picked this Chinese restaurant for Mother's Day. I'm not positive what I got the first time eating at Moy's, but I do remember not liking the food. Obviously, I was weary that anything would be different this second time around, but since it was in lieu of my mother's special day, I agreed to go. The menu is pretty Americanized. There are some dishes that aren't at, say, Mark Pi's, but still more Chinese-American fare as a whole. I wasn't able to get my first choice, Duck Bao Buns, because they are a pre-order item: the duck dishes here are cooked to order, so they need fair warning (ordered at least an hour ahead of time) to prepare. Their Orange Chicken was my second choice. I also got an order of Crab Rangoon to try. The Crab Rangoon was really good. A healthy portion of the cream cheese mixture, and the fried wonton wrapping was crispy and lite. I like how their sauces are in tiny squirt bottles so I can easily get more on my food if desired. My Orange Chicken was fantastic. Wok pan fried so the flavorful orange sauce lightly Caramelized to the juicy chicken pieces, which was a lot of protein, btw. Loved the plating of the thin slices of orange around the outside. The thin caramelized julienned orange peel cooked in with the dish was an awesome touch. The sauce had nice even orange flavor, but not too much to make it sickening sweet. I would definitely get this dish again.Price for quantity is good. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'll definitely be back next year (2023), as my brother-n-law always makes reservations here for Borge mothers on Mother's Day. I didn't go this year, as I forgot how much I enjoyed it last year. Mental note, Gwen!

Excellent Chinese food with fresh ingredients. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is basic and not exciting, but the high quality of the food makes up for that. Our go to spot for tasty Chinese food in Columbus!

i could never say enough about this place. i've been coming since i was a sophomore and im about to graduate now, and every time i go it's phenomenal. the service can't be beaten, mrs moy treats you like family. as a testament to the food, my brother doesn't like chinese food but he begs to come here every time he comes to visit because he loves the beijing pork chop so much. i've never had a bad meal here and most that i have had are among the best asian food i've tasted in my life. this place will remain in my heart as long as i shall live and i will be returning for decades to come.

The restaurant tastes good, but the service experience really needs to be improved. For example, the rice portion is too small, and I was only half full after eating it. When I asked for more rice, I was told that I had to wait until I finished eating before I could get more, and at the end, I was charged an extra $2 for more rice, which was very inconvenient. Also, I asked for two tissues and they only gave me one, which seemed a bit stingy. I was told that it was a waste to put an extra paper on the table. In addition, I accidentally fell in the restaurant toilet once and only got it a little dirty, but I was complained about, which made me feel a little disrespected. Although these are small details, they do affect the overall dining experience. I hope that the restaurant can pay more attention to the comfort of customers while maintaining the deliciousness.
