How have I not been here before!? We were seated on the front patio, which at 5 pm is completely shaded due to it being in the middle of shopping court yard. The businesses close about 6, but there is not a lot of foot traffic of other people walking around. The patio itself is beautifully decorated with lights in the umbrellas over the tables, curtains, and has a fountain. 10/10A complimentary bread loaf with a veggie spread was brought to our table after we ordered drinks. The wine was fantastic and I loved the hefty/sturdy wine glass which also had a generous pour. I got the super Tuscan wine and the red blend. I liked the red blend better and after trying it, my husband also got a glass. 10/10For food. I ordered the Caesar salad with blackened chicken. I was full after this meal and would order again. My husband got the lasagna. The portion was huge!! He said he was so full but kept eating it because it was so good. We could have split any of the meals we saw on surrounding tables too. Next time we know just to split something. 10/10We will be back!!!

Very very good dinner on my first night back visiting Columbus in a while!Atmosphere is a little too modern for my taste for an Italian spot but still very upscale and classy-feeling. Service was quick and efficient and helpful! The free bread is solid but what really makes it is the amazing veggie butter, so delicious and enough for a meal in itself. We ordered the arancini which was very good, could have been a little more flavorful and a little hotter. House salads ordered all the way around were also amazing, love having pasta right on the salad!Entrees ordered at the table were the chicken picatta and the grilled shrimp risotto but with grilled chicken instead of shrimp. Picatta was really good, the sauce was so light and delicious and the pasta you could tell was homemade. The risotto was good, verrrrry smoky and rich so just be prepared if that's what you're looking for.

We went for a birthday dinner on Tuesday, so not too busy. Dinner was Spicy Sausage Ziti & Veal Piccata w/salads. The ziti was decent, but not really spicy. Large portion though. The veal was good, but she really didn't care for the homemade noodles. She also had a bacon Gorgonzola salad w/candied walnuts, which were crazy on the walnuts!?! Everything tasted ok, but wasn't the greatest Italian food I'd ever had. Cannolis were decent too. Service was superb! Great waiter. Would've liked to had another glass of wine, but everything else was pretty good. Ate outside & the patio was pretty nice as well.

We celebrated two birthdays seated outside on their patio! It was a gorgeous evening, weather was perfect!Service was prompt and friendly. The chairs were comfortable and no sun in our eyes! I ordered the small plate of eggplant parmigiana! Absolutely delicious and perfect size for a meal! There were two slices of eggplant in a creamy red sauce with lots of sausage and slices of sun-dried tomatoes! The bread for the table had a vegetable butter which was different and amazing. Hubby ordered lasagna, which was huge and he throughly enjoyed it as well! For birthday dessert were complimentary cannolis! The children shared the pizza and mac and cheese. It came with applesauce and rice crispy treat!

Just not that good. Service was slow and food was mediocre. Consistent though, everything was dry. Bread came out first. Very crusty, not moist. Butter infused with veggies was unique and tasty. Had the Brussel sprouts. Nicely prepared, but dry. Ordered the veal Parmesan. Was similar to an Stoffers frozen entree. Not much sauce on the spaghetti. Server brought a side of sauce which made it better. Speaking of the server, she was quick to take our order, but sloooow to bring the food. Everything was slow coming to the table and Luke warm at best. Took forever to get the check. Might just have been a bad night for her, as she apologized for the wait. No interest in coming back. Much better choices in UA.

We had a lovely dinner here for grandma's birthday! Moretti's has been around for a long time and I have a soft spot for it since I used to come here when I was first dating my special lady friend. The menu has changed a bit but tonight I had the Roasted Chicken Cannelloni (pictured) and it was wonderful. My kids had the 1) kids cheese pizza and the 2) chicken parm and they were both very happy. Mom had the Pistachio Pesto and that was tasty too, although maybe a bit much to get through in a sitting. The bread was really good although I'm not great at cutting it and I hate touching bread then giving it to other people but the butter they give out with it is chunky with all sorts of flavors in there and it was super good. Overall a top kitchen experience, thanks for so many great years of wonderful food in Columbus!!

Very noisy as it was crowded, service was fast and friendly, however my veal piccata was rather strange; the sauce was thick and cloying, I found no capers at all just mushrooms. The carrot cake was OK but not the best in town.

Really wanted to like this place since we've heard so much about it. Food was mediocre. We had the walleye which had many pin bones in it. The server said this is "normal", the ravioli, and fettuccine Alfredo. Would not recommend.

I "used" to go to Moretti's a few times a year, but going there tonight was the last time! I got there at 6:30 for a reservation, meeting a dear friend, and looking forward to a wonderful meal, but where there were once a more intimate seating, were rows of bench seats. The bus boy acting as a Maitre d, after a grunt and an annoyed look showed me to my seat. 15 minutes latter I had to ask the same bus boy if he could find my waiter who had yet to come around. The atmosphere was overly bright and "loud"! About a dozen kids were screaming their heads off, the wait staff looked frustrated for dealing with so many kids and overly privileged parents. The waiter got the drink order wrong twice, though I don't blame him with what he had to deal with. The whole dinner was terribly uncomfortable with being so loud and being continually bumped into by kids running around the place.I understand that it's hard for a small restaurant to survive, but they need to do everyone a favor and stop advertising that they offer a fine dinning experience when the truth is they are now just a pricy Chucky Cheese!Sent from my iPad

Our group of 8 had dinner at Moretti's on January 2, thinking the crowds might have thinned. On a Thursday night, they were still busy and, even though we were seated in the corner partitioned off with a little curtain, it was so noisy that we could barely hear each other, which was super disappointing. The food was just OK. Large portions, but those who had eaten at Moretti's before thought it wasn't as good as on previous visits. My roasted chicken canelloni was super cheesy and not much sauce - a bit too heavy for my taste. My husband liked his lasagna - and it was a huge portion. Our server was pleasant and helpful, but the food service was very slow.We all decided we'd try somewhere else for our next group dinner.
