This is a pretty good gym. But it has some major drawbacks.There is plenty of equipment and we like the on site daycare too.Aside from that it had some downsides.First, it has a lot of meatheads and wannabe crossfitters. I can deal with the meatheads although they can be annoying, but the wannabe crossfitters simply get in the way of the rest of us who want to use the gym for its main intent: cardio machines, dumbells, free weights, etc.If they want to have a crossfit program they need more space. There's simply not enough at this location. Or these people need to go to a dedicated crossfit gym.Otherwise it's a good gym.

One of the best group training there is. Team atmosphere, everyone is out to help each other. Mark has a core value of performing correct technique, more than just moving weight around. Mark believe in fitness for life members range in age 15-65+. And has clients that's been with him 12+ years. Mark will help you with any physical problems you have and help modify the right workout for your need. But don't get him wrong he will push you to the max.

MM Team Fitness is a great way to get some high intensity workouts in each week, especially if you don't have the time to go to the gym every single day. Mark has his PHD in exercise science and is constantly throwing new things at you. These aren't your everyday workouts. The group session layout is perfect. You can get the hands on attention and teaching, without the huge cost of 1-on-1. Typically there aren't more than 10-12 people in each group, and you truly become a team. They will pick you up and keep pushing you when you're having trouble or are doing something new. It also keeps you motivated. You can't miss a session because you aren't just letting yourself down, you're letting your team down. If you're looking for an easy workout program that you'll get bored with, go elsewhere. When you work out with MM Team Fitness, you're gonna sweat.
