This daycare is so centrally located that it makes it of maximum convenience for parents on the way t work. They hire and train fantastic and loving staff. They are right behind a CVS so no worries about getting needed bandaids or pediasure. There are several lovely play areas close by that staff takes kids to. CCTV monitoring at all times. Many interns come to help from the local college - a very good place all around.

I wouldn't give this place any stars. My son went here for a couple months and I pulled him. The staff was always wearing dirty clothes. I heard them yelling at preschoolers. My son had no diaper rash when I dropped him off in the morning and he came home with a lobster red bottom. He wouldn't even let me hold him- he screamed. When I asked the director she made the excuse that it wasn't his normal teacher and maybe he was out of cream when I just gave them a full tube the week before. On more than one occasion things came up missing from his bin. He was in another kids clothes when I picked him up one day. Definitely not a place I'd ever send my kid.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATES ON THESE REVIEWS. We started at Milestone Lane only 2 weeks ago. Our in-home babysitter had to let us go when the pandemic hit, and we looked at many places to find the one that would accommodate our specific needs. I didn't even bother reading the reviews here, as they are from 2017, and since then, there is new ownership. The owner was so sweet and welcoming, and you could tell right away that she doesn't think of this as a business, but rather as a way of life. She adores the children, and is so involved. The teachers are just as wonderful. They loved our girls right away, and our girls loved them. The whole staff was very sensitive to my anxiety of starting the girls somewhere new, especially during the pandemic. They send us pictures throughout the day, which is something that is unexpected, yet most welcome. Our 4 year old was enrolled at a preschool elsewhere, but it will not be meeting due to Covid. Rather than pay for her to have virtual preschool, Milestone Lane offers a preschool based on Westerville City Schools' kindergarten curriculum, and is a daycare facility that holds a pandemic license. We are impressed and happy with Milestone Lane and are thankful for Jenna, Brad, and all of the teachers.

My daughter has been going to milestone lane for almost four weeks. . . The first week she developed a virus with a three day fever . . Then pink eye . . Bronchitis . . And today she woke up with what looks like a cold sore. She has never been so sick in her life. . . We have been to urgent care, the minute clinic, and her own doctor within weeks. I was called by the staff at 4pm to say my daughter was complaining her eye hurt and it looked like a bug was in there . "No cause for alarm". I get there 30min later and immediately know it's pink eye. . . How do you not see that as a child care provider. I enrolled her when it was still cool out so I couldn't smell how horriable it is in the basement till the heat/humidity hit this last week. . . Dank musty smell. The "secure" doors never close on their own and honestly the staff isn't very friendly or engaging. I was never offered any updates on how she was doing and the staff never spoke more than a few words to me. We will not be returning and I strongly urge parents NOT to enroll their child there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I enrolled my son here in July 2017 and always had little problems when I came to pick him up. Poop streaks on his diaper from not being cleaned well enough, not wearing his shoes, wearing another child's shoes and being told those are the shoes my child came in, loosing his winter coat when it was freezing outside and just standing around like I'm expected to walk out in the cold with my son wearing no coat. I can honestly go on and on but I looked past it all because I'm a single mom and my one child can be hard so imagine having more than one. Well I find out they are hiring and I apply and get hired right away. I was never properly trained on the infant room and what was right or wrong there. I got yelled at for cleaning infant toys that were covered in spit up. Etc. Then I heard the director yelling and verbally abusing children.... then I heard her yell at my son. That was the last straw for me this place has made me so uneasy about daycares in general and so I'm a stay at home mom because I rather my son be well taken care of and not abused emotionally and verbally. Do not enroll your children there and do not work there it's just not worth it.

Paige's playhouse or milestone lane is a terrible place not to only work but to send your children . The children aren't taught properly the directors does not care for their very own employees they nickel and dime but expect more out of you for very low . There's been a revolving door of teachers coming and going and students have left as well . My daughter is not a crying baby so they took that for granted as long as she was fed and quiet they were content with what they were doing with my daughter ! As a mother it was hard to stomach . My daughter is social why is she usually the first baby they overlook or leave to play in a corner with her feet ? They took advantage of me as well as an employer.. They're GOD AWEFUL as management and as a facility . I wish them well however even though they are extremely unprofessional and this is coming from someone who was on both sides a parent and employer
