Best daycare in the area I love the staff and they are very friendly and my grand daughter loves this place check it out !

Brand new center! Caring staff and not too crowded!

Due to terrible working conditions and being treated very rudely by staff, I quit after working two months. I had a Full two week paycheck due but Michelle withheld it from me. Causing my car payment to be late, my phone bill being late and my checking account going negative. She's refusing to take my calls and blocked my phone number after ONE call! I DO NIT RECOMMEND!! TERRIBLE WORKING CONDITIONS! I have a two year old daughter who I WOULD NEVER LET GO to this daycare!

After working here for several months, the way I was treated by the staff was beyond ridiculous. The amount of indecency and unprofessionalism is genuinely appalling. I absolutely NEVER let my child or a loved ones child to attend here. I'm not exactly sure if theres any other priority, other than money at Michelle's Academy. Every time I was asked to stay late, I did. Every time I was asked to come in early, I did. The way I was repaid for this was never receiving my overtime and when I finally left the facility, I was never paid for a full two weeks I worked there. Please consider carefully if you're interested in working here or having your child here. I would strongly recommend you look somewhere else, you'll be thankful in the end.

The center in Hilliard is great! Michelle is very hands on and reaches out to parents! she is transparent

Owner is fantastic!!!! My children have gone to MA their entire lives and I wouldn't let them go anywhere else.

I would give this place a - star if it would let me... Good luck working for Beth she's a very nasty person. When you give a two weeks notice they let you work that day and then tell you they no longer need you. Some of the teachers are very nasty to the kids. Beth has taken a little girl shoes and thrown them across the room before because it was nap time. I don't recommend this place at all. But if you need to put your children in this place the infant teachers and the toddler 2 teacher are great.

Wonderful daycare! We've been here for years now and can't imagine ever leaving. The staff are great, the center is very clean and well maintained, and the owner genuinely cares about all her families that attend!
