Michael's Pizza

Longtime pizza place in this small town. I recall having this pizza 30+ years ago, and really loving it. Our family had Michael's just recently, and in truth, it was just okay.First thing to note, they are cash only. No credit cards. Thankfully I had been tipped off, but it meant going out of my way to stop by an ATM. Not a big deal, but it would have been a big inconvenience had I not known in advance.We ordered extra sauce, as we typically do, and if what we received was extra sauce, then I have to assume the pizza is normally pretty dry... I'm guessing we didn't actually get extra sauce. The storefront was a bit chaotic and looked like it hadn't had a good cleaning in a while, it did make me wonder what the kitchen looked like... some things are better left unknown :)Anyway, the pizza. The pizza was okay. The sauce was decent, but nothing to rave about. The crust was good, but nothing special. The toppings, I will say, were delicious and plentiful. Now to the good part... the wings. We had some bone-in, traditional wings... and they were wonderful. Some of the best wings I've had from a pizza place in a while. Perfectly done, the sauce was flavorful and great - would recommend for sure! Likewise, their cheesybreadstix were fantastic.All in all, not a disappointment. If we lived closer this would be a decent local option, but given the distance from our home, we probably won't be regular customers.

One of the best pizza places in the area. I would say top 3 for 50 miles. the normal or thick crusts are both very good and never disappoint. they also have very high quality toppings. I think they have the best bacon I have ever had on a pizza. My order of choice is Thick crust, pepperoni, bacon and, black olives with extra cheese. (Yummm!)Its a old school place that has good delivery drivers and when I pick it up, there always very nice. One thing to know is they don't take cards, they take cash or check.I have been eating there pizza for 30 years and still love the place. cant go wrong with Michael's Pizza

Great small town pizza place! The owner, Brent, has always been good to our family and we've never been disappointed with the pizza. I highly recommend the taco pizza! If taco isn't your thing, anything else on the menu is good as well. This has been a weekly carry out spot for family my entire life and will continue to be.

Great local pizza joint at a very fair price! The largest pizzas are very large, we got two big ones and had enough for left overs for a family of 6
