The HOTTTTESTT Wing Sauce I have ever tried, their Scorpion Sting sauce is better off not ventured!I can tell where it is in my guts. I can't taste anything now and can't really rate the rest of my order.The sauce looked molasses colored and smelled spicy and was labeled High Heat, and Holy Shit it IS!

Blown away by how good the food & service was today. I would start a GoFundMe to get them their own location! Truly the kindest owners that are so present and involved in their business which blew me away. I had tried to order boneless & they told me they only had bone-in. I was hesitant but they told me they would make them crispy and to my liking. I normally don't enjoy bone-in wings. They came out crispy and covered in Garlic Parm sauce which was UNREAL GOOD. My friend got the mild buffalo which he said was great and gave him a few tears. The sauces are so yummy and full of flavor. You can tell they're very fresh. Also the onion rings are AMAZING. I was starving and could only get through 6 wings and 1 onion ring before I was ready to burst. Don't sleep on this place. Honestly the owners checking in to make sure you're happy and loved the food meant so much to me. Great customer service like that is so hard to find and you can tell they love what they do. Reasonable prices and tons of options.

The staff were amazing. They are friendly and explained the menu and offered suggestions without hesitation. Also, the guy who creates the wing sauce came out and let us try a bunch of different kinds. You can tell that he's very passionate about his craft. The wings were very crisp and tasty. The sauce was wonderful. The whole experience has made us want to go back and try ALL of the sauces. Also, I feel like it's been forever since I've had a dining experience where I felt that the employees wanted to do a really good job, let alone go above and beyond... this place was staffed with hard workers with a positive outlook. Very refreshing. I'm already spreading the word about this place and look forward to going back tomorrow with a friend. Thanks Mean Mug Wings and Things... keep up the superb work!

Super casual restaurant located inside of an Amvets. The menu was filled with a variety of burgers and wings, exactly what the name would imply.Bummed that they were out of fried pickles but their hand cut fries were great. Both their burgers and wings were fantastic.When I mentioned that the Cajun wings were a bit more savory than I had expected and requested a small side of Buffalo sauce to get some heavier vinegar flavor, they offered to bring me additional wings! I was already stuffed so a sample of the Buffalo was the perfect solution.I'd definitely recommend, the food and service were well beyond what you'd expect from a spot inside of an Amvets!

This place deserve all the rave it's getting! Wings are good size, fried crispy with great sauce selections. Service is great, everyone's very welcoming and I have to give shout out to Tammy, she's awesome! I'll be looking forward to try out their other sauces in the near future

Great wings, great burgers, will be back. This place is a VFW hall, and you have to push the buzzer to get let in and you must sign in upon entry.

It was nice and quiet in there. The wings were great. Tried the Asian Sticky and The Bufflo Mild. The Crispy Chicken salad was huge with lots of toppings. Also had the mushroom and Swiss cheese burger with onions rings as the side. It was alot of big beer batter rings. Plus there are multi-game slot machines you can bet as low as 50 cents.

I wanted to spread the word on some great wings, and an overall great establishment. Last night, my wife and I decided to venture over to Mean Mug's Wings and Things and I'm glad we did. The wings were crispy but still juicy. Big difference between crispy and dry but they were cooked well. Over sever was great and even the cook came out to see how our food was and I've never seen someone so thankful and appreciative for our patronage, and it just made us feel good. Added bonus, $1 wing Wednesday and you can order any number you want. They have half a dozen dry rubs, and over 25 sauces. Oh, and the homemade blue cheese was fantastic, along with the wedge salad. It was a little tricky to find in. Non-descript amvets building, and you have to push a button and get buzzed in. It has kind of a moose club vibe, but we liked it. The have a pool table, dart board, a few tvs and kind of like a mini casino in the back. They had some kind of DJ booth, too. It's one those places that from the outside we were a little skeptical of, but we were very comfortable once we sat down. You can tell the crowd there all seems to know each other and get along. Lots of tables of guests were just talking with everyone, and we truly had a great experience. This is a prime example of why you should never judge a book by its cover.Sorry, I was too hungry to snag any pics, but they even plated the wings well.

Just came across this place by chance. Decided to go check it out today. The place is inside an AmVets on Broad Street. You have to ring the doorbell to get in, don't be put off by this. The menu has a little of everything for everyone. Who am I kidding I went straight to the wing section which was huge. They have something for everyone. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan, Honey BBQ and the Cherry smoked. First off these aren't your normal tiny wings. These are quality large wings, they buy only the best. All their wings are fried in fresh oil, none of the dark stuff I've seen at other places. Their wings blend well with the nice crisp coating and flavor of your chosen sauce. I will be disappointed at any other places wings going forward. I also had the Onion Rings. OMG!!!! Homemade fresh cooked. They were so tasty. You won't find any better in Columbus. Nice and crispy. All this comes with a homemade Ranch Dressing that has a nice fresh flavor to it. To top all this off you get great service from Tammy. She checked on me numerous times and was super helpful. A bonus was that Mike the one that makes the magic happen in the kitchen checked on me numerous times. Had a great discussion with him on what they doing here. If you don't take the opportunity to check this place out. You will just have to live with the other guys disappointing wings. I know I have a GREAT place to go now.

Our first time definitely will be back got some boneless chunks and the Smokey cherry sauce is absolutely phenomenal . We also tried the fried pickles also 10/10 even though are second trip we were informed they're different now . We tried the onion rings and the pretzels , they also were tasty treats . Everyone was so friendly and service was quick . It's located inside the amvets they've got music and drinks and games too
