Food trucks at the commons every Thursday! I had tried this food truck once before, but I wanted just a good solid sandwich and this was definitely the move! I got the BRAISED BRISKET MELTBRAISED BRISKET, PEPPER JACK, CHEDDAR, GRILLED RED ONIONS, HORSERADISH AIOLI Which was absolutely AMAZING!! The sandwich was very flavorful and just made with love, I got a side of kettle chips on the side. The service was 11/10. The food truck and outside serving area was very clean. I will definitely keep supporting these guys as the food is good, and in a day in time when customer service is at an all time LOW... these guys serve you with a smile and a warm welcome!

I absolutely love McGinnis' Grill Food Truck. Can never go wrong with anything you order, their sandwiches phenomenal and be sure to check Cocco's Cookies too!So far I've tried the BBQ Sammy, Nashville Hot Chicken, Braised BrisketMelt, pesto potato salad and chips. See pics.

Gotta love a good food truck and this is now one of my favs. Went to the Olde Towne East Art Walk on July 9th and McGinnis' Grill was one of the feature food trucks. I ordered the grilled Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich ($13). It came with pepper jack, cheddar, house pickles, hot honey drizzle, with ranch on grilled sourdough bread. The pickles really made the sandwich for me.Service was really friendly and pretty quick given it's made fresh. I thought the brunch burger was good and the fries were good. The sauce - Vegas was decent. The Cuban was dry and the pickle was pretty gross. I would get the fries and sauce again tho

I always get excited when I see this food truck on the rotation near the company I work for. The food is exceptional! The chicken salad BLT is delicious. The flavors go together really well. The creamy pesto pasta salad is amazing! Great service, great food, definitely recommend! Add this to your list of must stops.

Decided to go out to the Auto Zone in Clintonville to catch this Food Truck. Met up with John the owner/chef and his order taker Tom. Super nice people. The business has been open since the 14th of September. Everything is high level ingredients and homemade. I ordered the Braised Brisket Melt, it is brisket that is braised in red and cooked for 12 to 14 hours. Add pepper jack and cheddar cheese, grilled red onions and a horseradish aioli on grilled sourdough bread. Yummy!!!! It was so moist and tasty. The grilled sourdough just seals the deal. The potato salad is made with fresh red potatoes, onion,celery and mayo. It has a nice blend of fresh spices. Delicious. You can check them out daily on StreetFoodFinder.com. They typically are out 6 days a week. All sandwiches come with a side. Get out and meet John and taste his great food.

Their brisket melt is the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Generous portion of meat, delicious bread and overall perfect ratios. My husband used the word 'orgasmic' and I was disappointed that I had to share my sandwich with him and would have foregone the rest of the food trucks at the festival and ordered another if the line wasn't so long (which I totally understand why, its because they're amazing). We devoured it before I could take a picture to share.

Just stopped by at Newton Hall, and had the chili and the classic grilled cheese. I asked about the heat level of the chili, and you said it was 'mild.' Thanks for adding a little heat to it. It was really good. The grilled cheese was fantastic. Solid. Good crunch, nice melt. I'll be back and give a few other options a try!

Great food, visited several times since open and always a mouth watering visit and filling meal - can't beat the price for how much care goes into the prep and final service. Go give it a try!
