Once again, McAlister proved they are the best photo printing option in Columbus. I went here to print a large family portrait that was to fit into a custom frame that had very non-standard dimensions and no glass, but we wanted to use it because it really makes a unique and beautiful presentation of our family and matches the picture so well. The McAlister employees (one was the owner) were great and looked at the picture, took the frame, and made an excellent recommendation on the style of print that we should go with. Then they printed it, cut it to fit perfectly, and inserted it into our frame in less than 48 hours. It's absolutely beautiful and is the centerpiece of our family room ... everyone that has visited our house since we put it up has commented on it and complimented it.The service and results are top notch ... it's a small business that has continued to provide the best quality for me and my family's printing and framing needs for over a decade now ...

It's really difficult to get photos for non-American passports, but this shop made it super easy. I called a while ago and asked, and they were really helpful and apparently get that question all the time. Went in today, and walked out with perfect passport photos (well, perfectly sized, they always look like mugshots, but that's not the photographer's fault) 20 minutes later.

Quickest 35mm developing + scanning that I've seen in any city in the US - almost every roll I've given them was sent over within 24 hours. The employees are so kind and also very transparent on when they anticipate your film will be done. They also import and sell disposables at prices well below what they're going for online. Five stars!

Best place in Columbus to get film developed! They get it done in an hour and give you back your negatives. They also have a very convenient dropbox option to get a digital copy of all your pictures. I was able to get 2 rolls developed + digital copies for $30. A much better option than taking your photos to CVS or Walgreens.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE FOOLS! No doubt the worst experience ever. Rude, unprofessional and terrible customer service. Had some pictures made up for my old lady. Got them and they were not at all what I had asked for. Cropped poorly and when asked about them the customer service was more like customer you're a dumbass and a slap in the face. WILL NOT EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

John H.Beware of trusting McAlister Photoworks with your photos. I took an image of my children in to be scanned so I could frame copies as Christmas gifts. They lost the image before they could scan it. The photo just got lost in their shuffle. They said that it might show up after the Holiday rush. Haven't heard from them.Heartbreaking. Advise you to look for any other option.

Always get my film developed here and it turns out clear and I get it returned in less than 24 hours every time!

Suggested by my wedding photographer and so glad she did. Giving some photos from my wedding as holiday gifts and the quality is so far beyond CVS or Walgreens. There's even an app so print orders can be made ahead of time. I saw that they do custom orders like wrapped canvas and holiday cards too. I have several more prints from my wedding to do and they will absolutely be doing all of them.
