Massey's Pizza Westerville

Their Cauliflower crust pizza is amazing. Probably the best I've ever had. Out of the 10+ pizza's I've had in the last few months from this location, only 1 was a 4/5. Staff is generally friendly here and they're super fast with making orders.

I've been becoming a loyal customer of this restaurant since last year and have always been satisfied--until yesterday. I received an order of wings that were shockingly small, barely the size of my child's thumbs, and completely inedible. When I called, a staff member acknowledged the issue and suggested I speak with the manager today about a possible credit. However, when I spoke with the manager, he was beyond rude. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he tried to justify the wings' size and poor quality. I've always ordered my wings well done, and that has never made them shrink or become inedible. These wings should have never been sent out in the first place. To make matters worse, he essentially yelled at me and dismissed my history as a customer, insisting I had only ordered twice--even though I've ordered multiple times just in the past few weeks. Whether he was having a bad day or this is his usual demeanor, his behavior was completely unprofessional. A manager should handle concerns with respect, not hostility. I hope the restaurant reconsiders who they put in charge of customer service.I spent 10.99 for wings that were half the size of a McDonalds chicken nuggets. This was the food that I ordered for dinner which means I had to figure out another solution due to part of the meal not being edible. The price point is fine for normal size wings or even boneless but to have to argue as if I should just be glad with the quality of food I received was beyond me. My pizza didn't even have the white sauce on it but I didn't even bring that up because it was still good.

This is like one of the only pizza buffet left around to me its nothing special, not enough pizza choices for me they only have cheese, pep, deluxe. I would like to see some specialty pizza, they have a small salad bar and a few pasta items and a dessert pizza. If they have a crowd good luck you had to wait until they restock the pizza it could be short staffed issues not sure. But I seen people sitting and waiting for fresh pizza to come out. Overall I guess it satisfied my pizza craving just wished I had more options.

Came here with my kids after shopping we were all having such a wonderful day then the old mean lady ( as my kids call her ) she the manager yelled and shouted at us very disrespectfully over a pair of tongs because we didn't put them where she wanted us to put them all three tables of people eating turned their heads and yeah she was incredibly embarrassing to us for zero reason. Wow she's as nasty as their bathrooms ‍ first time here and never going back nice job at treating your community like that. The food was gross but my kids love pizza and we're hungry thought we would try a new place but never coming back here. I would definitely look into having staff who is actually nice to the public. The place was dead and I see why. Very sad to be so mean and shout and yell at people who pay your bills and enjoy the tip I left you for doing absolutely nothing. Being a cranky old bitch working at Massy's just remember we pay your salary so be nice to people who come in there and not a complete asshole over a pair of fucking tongs.

Dinner carryout review. Was hot and ready on time at pickup. We ordered 3 pizzas - Taco, Pepperoni, and Hawaiian. 8" pizza is rather small and considered "personal" size. We went with Mediums for the Taco and Pepperoni about 8-12 slices ea. All in all the crust was good, on the thinner side and a bit crispy, lots of corn meal crunch. There are few restaurants offering Taco Pizza and I enjoyed it overall - though being a native Ohioian I never understood the banana pepper thing - not my favorite and they cover the Taco Pizza so be warned or excited if that's your thing.I didn't feel like they were "super fresh, sliced in the back" type ingredients, but I also knew going in this isn't that type of establishment. Hawaiian had essentially lunch meat ham and canned pineapple chunks like a kids fruit cup. COVID Measures - the counter has plexi, signage with distancing, etc. Dining room is open and mentioned no fountain beverages. Overall the pickup/order area is small so I just waited outside until I could walk up to the counter as others had before me.This won't be my new go-to place, but again good to try and unique offering in the taco pizza.

The other day I picked up a cauliflower crust pizza and it was PERFECTION. I've had great Masseys and I've had terrible Masseys. This location is one of the very best! Thank you for making my pizza just how I asked. It was SO delicious and such a nice treat (I have celiac.)

Unfriendly and unresponsive to needs. Would not recommend. If you want better service and food, Classics is just up the street with the same style.

I honestly thing those were the cheap frozen pizzas from the grocery store. The lady at the front desk was rude and loud.

Picked up. Good pizza guy at register very customer oriented Daughter and friend tried Philly Cheese pizza. Said they like it. Me I stick with original style toppings

They switched their mushrooms a few years ago from the juicey flavorful marinaded ones to the dry ones that shrivel up in the oven just to save a few bucks. I'd pay extra for the old mushrooms.
