I went with a group off friends, with the purpose of taking an hour horse ride. Since we knew the owner he allowed us to go for an hour and a half ride, and at a discounted price. The ride was fantastic! The trail leads you winding up a hill, thus the second half if the ride is a slow meandering walk back down. The horses were gorgeous! Mine gave no trouble. This was a wonderful way to spend a fall Sunday!!

Love this summer camp. Although there are weekend and other special events available, we are not local so only take advantage of the summer camps. For years we sent our kids and now we send our grand children. There are horseback riding lessons each day and the campers learn how to take care of the horses as well. Each is assigned a horse for the week. The kids learn all parts of the tack and how to use it. But that is not all! There are swimming, archery and fishing, along with trail rides and chuck wagon breakfasts and campfires. And more. No time to be bored at this camp. We have no qualms leaving our children for a week, knowing they are in good hands. The atmosphere in the camp is peaceful and positive. Cabin counselors are hired for the summer and must meet stringent requirements. Wrangler Matt seems to be everywhere and keeps an eye on things. Get your registration in early for the best prices.

A very nice laid back horse farm. The prices are great! We paid $5 per child for parent guided pony rides. Our 2,3 and 5 year olds had the best time. Lots of animals to pet at no extra cost!

For many years, Wrangler Matt and the family at Marmon Valley Farm have been providing kids the opportunity to see what rich and satisfying lives they can have with Christ at the center. They have been operating, without controversy for generations. When I think over the highlights of raising my 3 kids to adulthood, Marmon Valley shines as the catalyst for some of the best times. I am so glad that in this ever changing world full of uncertainty, Marmon Valley Farms is still there encouraging and providing Christ centered stability to youth.

I've been twice now for trail rides and have had a wonderful experience both times. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable, the farm is absolutely beautiful, the prices are very reasonable, and I love being able to hang out and pet all the other animals before and after riding. I can't recommend this place enough!

Absolutely have loved every visit to MVF in the past 5 years. Just finished a father-son sportsman weekend retreat with my 11 year old son and it was one of the best weekends of my life. May not be for everyone, but the folks there are amazingly hospitable and very down-to-earth, and I left feeling refreshed mentally and spiritually. My son and I got to spend some great time together and I will definitely go again next year.
