Marlow’s Cheesesteaks

Service was great.Menu is short to help keep things moving.The bar appears to be a big attraction.

The food was out of this world I got the Marlow's way with chicken and I got the smooth operator for my drink. If you want a true Philly cheesesteak come here. Service was quick, friendly and made me feel right at home. Open seating at bar and booth with tables combo made for no pressure seating situation. Come to this restaurant also they have a location at Budd Dairy Food hall.

A definite place to stop in the cute Creekside area of Gahanna! The employees are all very nice. You can tell there are many regulars and the staff really take care of the guests and make them feel comfortable, it's a good vibe! The cheesesteaks were absolutely amazing and the fries.... GET THE FRIES! We'll be back soon and will definitely recommend to others!

Went to the North Market location. The male cashier and female cook looked pained to be working and were not friendly. The sandwich was ordered wit wiz and it was not put in the sandwich. So I got a dry sandwich. Very disappointed as they're supposed to be good. Very careless service.

Finally made it out to Gahanna to give Marlow's a try! You order at the ordering counter or the bar, and they bring it out to you. All food comes prepared "to-go" but you can eat it there no problem. They have a full bar which I wasn't expecting for a sandwich joint. My SO and I split the "Classic Wiz Wit" and got an order of fries with a side of cheese. The whole sandwich is probably 12-14 inches so definitely split-able for two people. It was ready in less than 10 minutes and we started chowing down. The steak was delicious, with little to no 'chewy parts' -- the little bits of tendon or other parts that are always a risk with some steak subs. The fries were the star of the show. Somehow they had the shape of a thick potato chip, but also had sort of curled edges, which made it perfect for dipping in the cheese sauce. Overall, we enjoyed the food. The cheesesteak was good but the fries were better. Although after hearing from countless others about the cheesesteaks from Marlow's, I was expecting it to be in the "best I've ever had category," which it fell just short of. That said, we would definitely come back.Lastly, shoutout to Morgan who was working behind the bar and did a great job for us first timers.

Not this location, but day 1 at North Market. This place is legit! The steak even on its own was loaded with flavor. Paired with the onions, different cheeses, and more...absolutely delicious. Friendly and engaging staff at the counter led to great service from ordering to food being ready. Can't wait to get back, as they have really brought Philly to Columbus.

The space was smaller than I expected, but filled with character. The ordering process was simple and the cheesesteaks were incredible. True works of art.

Best cheesesteak in Columbus. In the battle of the cheesesteaks it's Marlows vs Wario's here in Cbus. Out of the 2, Marlows is better. It's more authentic to the Philly Cheesesteak than Wario's. You get more customization options for your cheesesteaks and the fries are better. I got a cheesesteak wit wiz, provolone, onions, sweet peppers, light mayo, and it was fantastic. I still think about it to this day. The Kobe fries are also fantastic. I liked the Wario spuds but they just have too much going on inside with garlic cloves and some weird special sauce. The Kobe fries on the other hand from Marlow's are just perfect. They are well seasoned fries, lots of wiz, and cooked steak. Couldn't ask for more. Love Marlow's. Try it out in Gahanna. You won't regret it.

Tasty cheesesteaks in a neighborhood ambiance-- if there's a game on it will be the focus of the room.
