Very nice layout for the property however very strict lifestyle neighborhood isn't the safest we've had everything from people trying to shoot neighbor cars, to neighbors cars being stolen from random tow trucks. The rules are pretty strict for towing, it feels as if they enjoy getting cars towed i have paid over $600 dollars in fees to get my car towed in a property that I live in!! company that told my neighbors car after one day of her plate being expired.But there are some positives he knew get free water and this property includes basements, but only one bathroom. No garages, good maintenance, but you maybe nickel-and-dimed because we had to pay for blinds that had no problems. Normally that would have been just routine maintenance can I ha ve the option to buy my own blindsThere is a beautiful place for kids to play even though they have a lot of strict rules for the kids to play, apparently the kids cause problems on the property. No bug issues and very closes to the gas stations and lots of restaurants, there no sidewalks on the surrounding Street for the kids to walk on or adults close to the fire truck so you may hear that a lot there always seems to be a lot of crime in the surrounding neighborhood by the CVS that's why it recent changes its hours. Good maintenance crew, but looking for a way to move, unless they can stop making life miserable.
