LUXE Event Center

I recently hosted a two-day baby shower event at Luxe, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The professionalism of the staff, particularly Jason, left much to be desired. There is a partnership conflict between the owners, Jason and Chara, that is still not clear to me. Jason reprimanded me for contacting him instead of Chara, despite Chara indicating that Jason was the point of contact if she was unavailable. This inconsistency in communication was just the beginning of the issues.Jason hung up on me mid-conversation and accused me of being an inconvenience, forgetting that I had paid to reserve the venue and an additional inconvenience fee. He nitpicked over minor details during the reservation process, and was unnecessary and frustrating.Furthermore, Jason stood outside his car while my family cleaned at the end of our event, taking pictures of people and cars, which made everyone feel uncomfortable and intimidated. This is not how a professional business should operate. Issues should be communicated directly and respectfully.To make matters worse, Jason even took a picture of a minor in the parking lot, which is incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional!!!Jason was also aggressive over the phone about a $200 extension fee, demanding immediate payment despite the poor communication throughout the day and his rude behavior when he did respond. I had consistently paid all fees and found his distrust unwarranted.This could have been a great opportunity to showcase the Luxe venue to my community, but due to this experience, I will ensure others are aware of the poor service I received. I cannot recommend booking at Luxe and had a terrible experience on Sunday.Recommendation:Avoid Luxe if you are looking for a venue that values professionalism and respectful customer service.

I reserved this facility for my Granddaughter's 2nd Birthday Party. We also had a Bounce House inside (not pictured) and there was enough room for all the kids and adults. I would use the LUXE Event Center again in the future. However, I would suggest having signage by the driveway entrance off Taylor Rd. so guests can find the location more easily.

I love, love the LUXE. If you are looking for a small to medium sized facility for your events, then LUXE is your place. From its' professional management team to the contemporary decor, you can't go wrong. The Luxe staff goes above & beyond to deliver a quality meeting/party or gathering place to fit all your social needs. They even offer special amenities to help make your event even more special. The Luxe is my new "GO to" spot .....check them out!
