Mr. Luken is completely reliable. I ordered a round trip to and from the airport the night before we needed a 5:30 am pickup and he responded immediately. He was on time the next morning as well as a week later when we needed a ride home. He is polite and professional. I would absolutely use this service again!

Mr. Luken saved the day!While coming home from out of the country, I found myself delayed late at night in Charlotte heading toward Columbus. My husband was going to pick me up, but he was not feeling well and I hated the idea of making him pick me up at 1am (or later, depending on the delays). But I also have had some shady Uber encounters in Columbus and didn't want to take a late night Uber, either.I found Luken Limo on Yelp and gave Mr. Luken a call at 11pm. He graciously accepted my call and my last minute airport transfer request for that evening! He was at the airport in advance of my arrival and pulled right up after I was done at baggage claim. The Cadillac was beautiful and clean, inside and out, and Mr. Luken was dressed professionally. He was alert, polite, and had taken the care to pre-heat the vehicle before my arrival on a very cold night.This was a great experience and pricing was very fair for my transfer to the Dublin area. We will be pre-arranging airport transfers with Luken Limo going forward for all our travel!

I used Luken Limousine to take me and my wife to the airport, and to pick us up on our return. The owner, Howard, was extremely helpful, friendly, on time, and way ahead of me (for example, when I called to make sure he knew of the slight change in schedule, he already knew about it).Note: When you call to schedule a pick up, don't be thrown off about the "310" area code. This business used to be in Los Angeles, and he simply returned home to the Columbus area.I will use Luken again and again!A++

Used this service at least 6 times. Each time the driver arrives 10 minutes early. He wears a suit, and drives a nice clean and comfortable town-car. I live in a difficult to reach canyon area- and it has never been a problem. I would recommend this service to anyone for sure. Very reasonable rates, and he will even work with you on cash flat rates for longer trips! Very professional.

Howard was awesome! We had a wedding in Centerburg and he showed up early and let us take our time because it ran a little bit over time. He was very professional, car was very nice and did whatever he could to make our ride comfortable and fun on the way home. Would recommend him to anyone! And his prices were very fair compared to the competition. Thank you, Howard!

Outstanding service from Mr. Luken! He made himself available on short notice to pick up my son at the airport late in the evening when I coudn't make the drive. He went above and beyond to get the correct flight details after I accidentally gave him the wrong information, and contacted me several times during the pickup to make sure he was able to find my son, who was very tired after a long international flight. Mr. Luken was very courteous and professional and my son said his driving was excellent. We will absolutely choose Mr. Luken again.

Howard was so fantastic and really helped us out this last weekend with transfers to/from the OSU game. He was very helpful, proactive and a pleasure to work with. This is our first time using Luken Limo and it will not be the last. Howard was GREAT, he was on time, the vehicle was great. My husband and and I used this service for a special event, his price was reasonable.
