Los Aguachiles

OMG, just found my new spot! Guys are super cool & friendly : ) Food is amazing and fresh!JUST OPENED, must try!!!

I went up here for lunch today. I like their setup with the chairs and all. But the food didn't strike me as being all that good. I ordered a torta with chicken. Unfortunately the chicken was diced so small it was all dried out. And their prices were two dollars higher than anywhere else in town.

A pretty typical taco truck. Fresh, good, everything in Spanish so know your meats... I had two tacos, chorizo and asada. Both were excellent. I also had a camerones tostada, which was fresh and tasty. Mexican Coke to wash it down, friendly service, a nice little tented eating area on a sunny fall day- good stuff. Reasonable prices, not exactly cheap, and there were some pricey items on the menu that I might explore later.

A sunny warm Buckeye-less Saturday took me on a taco trip to this truck just south off 270 on Cleveland Ave. Best way to find it is look for the huge rotating BEER/WINE sign over the old Humidor Plus store since this truck takes up the northern end of their parking lot.Placed my order and grabbed a seat at the table they have set up under a canopy. They also have a counter with stools attached to the truck so you've got options besides dashboard dining. My two pork tacos were great, plenty of nice spicy al pastor with just the right amount of cilantro and onion.My first bite into the steak taco gave me a piece of gristle, meh, it happens with steak tacos. But the spicy flavors of the steak made up for that first disappointment and the mild green sauce they provided made the rest of the taco ever so good. Overall a great little taco truck trip that would recommend to all of those that enjoy their Mexican fare al fresco...
