Pick up wasn't great. Order was incorrect and the employee checked the bag like I would lie. Going to the bar and ordering from there and taking it home works great! There is one woman bartender that is terrific! Food is always delicious . Most of the time we have a great experience.

Firstly, I'd like to give a massive shoutout to the best server Lydia!! We have never had such great service, and it really made the experience. She was so kind and checked in on us often -- from keeping up on refills to offering containers to take the left over guac in; she was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much Lydia!!The food, as always, was delicious. At first, we were worried we wouldn't get enough food, but we were more than full by the time we left! The guac and queso were fresh, and everything came out super quickly. Really love the idea of getting your own chips when you first walk in. Thank you for the amazing dinner!

No Air conditioning on a 90 degree day! It is cooler outside. It has to be near 100 degree inside and they don't open the big garage doors to get a breeze. Food was extremely slow to come out and order was wrong when it arrived. Never will we come back to this place. Miserable to sit I. This heat for that long and shame on you for making your staff work in this heat. Even the fountain drinks were terrible. Had to send back the lemonade and sweet tea and just get water. So miserable.

I visited Local Cantina on a Saturday night around 5:30pm and although it was a weekend evening there was plenty of open tables both inside and outside and we were seated right away. Unfortunately, that would be the highlight of the evening and dining experience. Once seated, it seemed as though we were invisible to the waiter who was serving the specific section. After waiting about 30 minutes, I went up to the girls at the front door and asked them to send a waiter to our table. At this point you would think it would be smooth sailing, but it wasn't. About 10 minutes after asking to be server our waiter finally stopped by our table. Although we had almost an hour at this point to look at the menu he only asked what we wanted to drink (two sodas and two waters) and then walked away before we could order our meals. After another 5 minutes we finally got our two sodas, and he took our order which included an appetizer and two entrées, after which he said he would be right back with our waters. After another 15 minutes, a different waiter brought out our appetizer before our main waiter could bother to bring us our waters. Although I understand how difficult it is to be a waiter or work in the food industry, I feel as though a little bit more effort could've been put forth by the waiter we had. There were many times where I saw him leaning against the bar, talking to co-workers, and watching the various tvs across the building. I felt as though we weren't welcomed and that we had to go out of our way to be served. Furthermore, I overheard conversations from the two tables next to mine talking about the lack of service. At one point a family had ordered four waters, and similarly to my experience, they waited nearly 15 minutes for them to arrive. At one point I heard the children talking about the server saying "do you think he forgot about us?"In the end I must say the food was very tasty but my opinion towards the restaurant was dramatically swayed due to the horrible service I experienced. I'm sure there are other waiters and staff that are truly incredible and amazing at their job, but with that being said I was not lucky enough to interact with one of them.

The food was great, some of the locals we met when had a seat at the bar were nice asa well. The bartender however was a complete prick! Rude, disrespectful, he made sure to tell us he had no cares fir tourist and felt the area was a stale shit hole that didn't deserve more business. When he started talking we immediately paid our bill and left. We tried to reach a manager but he called us back to ask why we wanted to speak to one that we can do our research and find the owner ourselves. This was our only negative stop in Ohio and we wont return to this place ever again.

Tacos were great and service by McKenzie was perfect! We'll definitely be back. So good.

Local Cantina is a reliable choice. Their food and service always delivers. Tonight I had the Restaurant Week menu. I chose the queso which is some of the best, the farmers market taco which was full of veggies and refried beans, and the blackened fish taco which was spicy (beware!). For dessert I had the fried ice cream which didn't have much flavor but was still good - it would be even better w a drizzle of honey. Everything was fresh and the flavors popped. Our server was delightful. They don't take reservations so plan accordingly.

I always order Togo food is absolutely am beats chipotle or anything you get free chips and salsa and the works inside always have a smile and great customer service 10/10

We ordered three tacos, a burrito and street corn via DoorDash.The tacos were cold and flavorless. Burrito ingredient was burnt and the street corn was just an undercooked corn on the cob (the actual cob because loose kernels would require effort) with a sprinkling of salt/pepper.A sandwich picked off the floor of a highway rest area bathroom would probably be more appetizing.For all of that great restaurants that didn't make it through the pandemic, it's a shame this one survived. Like the drive thru, this restaurant will screw you via delivery. Save you money and just shovel gravel/mulch into your mouth, it'll be cheaper and taste better.I actually cancelled my DoorDash pass because life is too short to eat horrible Local Cantina food. Avoid.

I order from local Cantina as much as I possibly can LOL every time the food has been on point and great .
