My kids have went to this daycare for years & yes there have been many changes but as of today I am completely satisfied with this center. They are currently working on their step up to quality program which is amazing. The teachers are now wearing uniforms & they are very professional. Anytime I have a minor issue (which is every blue moon) I'm always able to communicate efficiently with the director safiya Ismail or the assistant director & they make sure my issue is fixed and that me and my 3 kids are happy (: I love the fact that my kids can go to a privately owned black business because the atmosphere is great and my oldest actually begs me to let her go to daycare lol more people should bring their kids here! You wont be disappointed. They love my kids.

I wish negative stars were an option. I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews, however, in this case I feel like it's my duty to warn other parents. My son (20 months at the time) started at this center June 19, 2023. By June 22nd, he was coming home with unexplained marks on his body. I corresponded with the director on multiple occasions wondering why there were never incident reports and why no one knew anything about how they got there. The marks were very clearly finger marks and looked like someone had been grabbing my baby unnecessarily rough resulting in their finger nails digging into his skin. I messaged his teacher, directly, explaining that I'd like an open line of communication in the event that anything happens with my baby and that I wasn't blaming her but coming from a place of a worried mama. She never replied and when I confronted her about it she stated that the director told her not to reply. The teacher in the toddle room lost custody of her own infant but was somehow qualified to watch and 'care' for other peoples children. Absolutely unacceptable. This women lied to me about her identity stating that she was another teacher and that the person I was looking for wouldn't be in until the following day. If it had not been for another teacher approaching me and me stating that I had been trying to meet with that specific teacher and that teacher telling me that the person that I was just speaking to was the person that I was looking for, I would've never known. My child looked at this woman with a level of fear that I have never seen. It terrified me. He backed away slowly, with his eyes locked on her, until he bumped into a table and turned around and ran away. I've reported them to the police, Frankin County Children Services, and Child Protective Services. I was under the impression that they had footage but of course, once the detectives got involved, all of a sudden everything is only live feed and no one knows anything about what had happened. With no footage and obviously no one willing to confess the abuse and neglect shown towards my child, charges were not able to be pressed. If you are looking for a child care center, this is not the one. Save your baby and yourself from the trauma that happens in that center. My husband and I chose the center because it seemed like a nice establishment and it fit better into our budget, as we are private pay. I can honestly say, the price of $175 a week was too good to be true. We were paying well over $400 a week at the previous center and had to pull him out because we couldn't afford it. Quality childcare is not cheap, and this center does not provide quality childcare or peace of mind. We thought we were getting a great price for childcare but the devastation and trauma that we have endured was not worth it at all. I've attached photos of some of the marks that he came home with. Save your babies, please.

Absolutely NOT the place you want to take your children. Most of there staff is unprofessional!!This is the same daycare that made the news for letting kids fight and video taping it on their cell phones. Now they changed the name to little tigers learning center but my child was learning more bad habits and learning inappropriate music.Even their phone don't work!!! I give them a NEGATIVE STAR if it was possible! My child hated it there and I will NEVER bring him back.If you love your children then don't take them to the daycare.Little Tigers Learning Center NEEDS higher STANDARDS!

At Little Tigers Learning Center 2, I know my kids are being treated well, they eat well, and that they're happy. That's all it matters. My children has yet to dislike the center and the staff. My children have been going there a little over 7 years transitioning quite well from the infant classroom to the school age setting. Honestly, as a mother/customer, I have had no problems with the teachers, nor any issues with the owner of Little Tigers Learning Center. This center opens early and closes late. Also, they open on some holidays and the day after the holidays. The classrooms are clean, the staff are well reserved and the children are learning. I find this daycare center and the owner with hope and great respect.
