Weeds growing uncontrollably on the on the putting greens. I lost a half dozen balls in the thick fairway grass / weeds that was overdue to be cut. I hope that their plans to redo the course come true.

If you are serious about golf, do not play here. Unfortunately I was tricked into thinking I was getting a great deal after buying unlimited golf for $20 thru Groupon at Little Bear. I walked off the course after 5 holes. I would have more fun playing putt-putt. The tee boxes, and GREENS, are made with artificial grass, most of which were covered in goose poop as well.If I live to be 100, I doubt I'll ever play a course as bad as Little Bear Golf Club.

Yeah not a very good golf course. All Astro turf greens and tee boxes. And the actual fairways were like lawn grass rather than golf grass and way too long. Poorly maintained golf course

Here's the deal, if you're a dad or mom who want to teach your kids the basics of golf, and/or if you're just an average golfer who doesn't throw or break things just because you get a boogie, this is the place. Unlike some courses where you sometimes find yourself either in front of or just behind a group of loud mouth, obnoxious drunks, Little Bear is a relaxed, quiet and a great course. One Star raters usually don't come back much to our delight. So if you still golf for fun, Little Bear Golf Club is for you. And Yes, bring the kids. There are still some of us folks who love watching the kids having fun and learning the game. I've golfed here 3 years and only had to wait at a hole once. If I'm behind you and you're teaching your kids how to play, great, we love it.

I'm not a golfer....at ALL. I've been to Little Bear 3 times for our "Discover Arbonne" meetings once a month. It's a very nice facility (as far as the conference room we meet in.) The bathrooms especially are interesting...with deer and other animals mounted on the wall. It's a bit nerve-wracking if you're pee-shy. hehe!

This was the worst golf course I've ever been on. All greens were astroturf as well as the tee boxes and nothing was kept up. Some holes had two or three holes on the green and no one maintained them. The ranger was awful to us and kept challenging whether we even paid yet we paid on their own website and they have no way to verify it. Do not recommend this course.

These old reviews need to go away. The new owners have completely redone all the artificial greens, install a beautiful pavilion, a state of the art miniature golf course & an amazing disc golf course as well! This place is one of a kind!!!

DO NOT GO THERE!I golf all over using golf now. I walked into the "pro shop" and on my way saw the little practice green was astro-turf. Asked the only guy working in there if the greens were real and he said "ya they are like a southwestern style green like arizona or new mexico". Having golfed in Arizona before I thought this would be great. This is a HORRIBLE course. it is a putt putt course that you get to hit the ball before you putt. Do not go here unless you are a first timer or showing your kids how to golf. It is in horrible shape and the (greens if you even call them that) were nasty with washed out dirt and mud on them. The yardage markers are a joke off by several different club lengths.

This is a review of the golf course. This is a par 3 9 hole course. It's not very well kept and the office actually opened AFTER our 9 am tee time on a Sunday. Also, tee boxes and greens are ASTRO TURF. Yes, you read that right, it is fake grass, like miniature golf style. The website says something along the lines of fast greens like Augusta, what they should have said was fast greens like Putt Putt Golf.
