Lit Life Yoga is an amazing experience for anyone from a beginner to an avid yogi. The space is cozy and inviting with heated floors and welcoming staff. When you enter it feels like a bright airy cocoon filled with natural lighting. The instructors are informative, skilled and offer modifications whether you need to simplify things or would like to challenge yourself a bit more. Once it's time for shavasanah they easily close the automatic blinds allowing for full relaxation free from distractions. The thing that I like most is the wide variety of class offerings. Check out their calendar and you'll see soundbaths, instructors classes, aerial yoga and infrared.

One of the best instructor lineups in Columbus! A welcoming environment for anyone interested in yoga. I would recommend Dynamics for a challenging yoga session. Book ahead of time as classes fill up quick. Always parking behind the building, which is tough to find in that area!

I love being a member of this studio! They make it really welcoming and such a safe environment to learn while still challenging yourself. Everything is super clean and aesthetically pleasing. I love that they offer so many different types of classes for all levels. I also love how each teacher has a totally different vibe and they switch up the music!

I am obsessed with this yoga studio. I've attended two different classes via my ClassPass, both with Olivia (Liv, I think), and it was great. Perfect for me, who is not an expert at yoga but has some experience. Liv is so kind and inviting. The atmosphere is very serene and calming. I will absolutely be back!

I have a monthly membership to this yoga studio and I love it. I go to 3-4 sessions a week usually. Every instructor is different but still fun and friendly. The heated floors really take the cake though.

LIT Life + Yoga is everything a yoga studio should be! I love the variety of classes that are offered, my personal favorite have been the aerial classes. The first class is free and then after that scheduling is easy on the MINDBODY app. The entrance way offers cubbies for your things and places to leave your shoes. The studio itself has heated floors and heated classes. The open, airy vibe complements all of the classes and the decorations are perfect.

I did the aerial yoga. Studio is very clean. Atmosphere was extremly calming. Teacher was attentive. It was a judge free zone. The curtains were clean. I loved how when the class started they had autl blinds and mood lights that changed everything. It was a great work out class. And it was extremely fun. I would recommend this to anyone seeking a yoga studio in that area.. thanks for the class. I will come back!!!

I found out about Lit Life + Yoga on Instagram and was intrigued by the aerial yoga photos. I decided to check out a class (first one is free) and signed up for Lit Air. The studio itself is beautiful and the room where the yoga classes are held is equipped with the coolest lighting system! I loved the class! The silk hammocks that are hanging from the ceiling allow you to get into poses you normally might not be able to try. The silks also helped me get a great stretch. At the end of the class, we all laid in our sill hammocks like a cocoon and it was the most relaxing end to a tough yoga session. Overall, the class was so different and fun. I would definitely return to try other classes. I also really liked the staff working here. They were super friendly and helpful. When I registered online, the staff realized my birthday was coming up and presented me with a gift when I arrived! I cannot say enough good things about my first experience here and would encourage anyone to at least try one class.

The instructors are great here, very friendly and accepting. They are skilled and ensure you are practicing correctly/safely to prevent injury. I have learned a lot during my two week trial. I feel there is a lot of strength (not just flexibility) built into the practice, so I have more soreness than usual when practicing yoga here. It is a good feeling for sure! There are such a variety of instructors, some are more traditional yoga vinyasa flow with power (Rachel, Rebekah, Olivia/Liv), others are more strength based (Babajide, Liv), and others are more workshop like (build up to a skill at the end of class like splits, headstand, etc). A little something for everyone. Aerial yoga was harder than I expected and excellent. The Barre + Yoga class is hard, but also excellent.I highly recommend this studio. I am trying a few studios around town to determine the best fit, but I think you really cannot go wrong with Lit.Cons: Studio is not very hot with COVID-19. Classes also fill up quickly with small class size (7 only plus instructor to maintain 6'). Also they leave windows open due to COVID, which contributes to coolness and unable to turn overhead fans on (typical with COVID). There are windows in the studio and it is really bright during practice, but blinds are drawn and lights turned down during shavasana. Give LIT Life + Yoga a try! You should be able to find something that works for you!

We love going to LIT yoga, really amazing instructors and there are different levels of classes to take and try especially if you buy the unlimited passes. Love the ambiance and everyone is so welcoming, easy place to bring a friend to try out and love. We enjoy Miranda's classes, she's so good at guiding you throughout the entire class and you really work up a sweat.
