This company is horrible. They say they work for the people but you can not have direct contact with your property manager, everytime you have an issue it goes to the receptionist who gives you the wrong answers and takes pleasure in denial of any request. They continually mess up my account where I get late fees because they don't take the fees out of auto pay that has been set up. If the auto pay does work then they take more out of the bank than they credit my account for. This is just one issue of many. The receptionist will response with nonsense answers that don't resolve the issue but can't forward to the property manager until several back and forth emails. It's probably easier to get through to POTUS than your property manager at Link Property Management. It really should not be this stressful to work with a company who claims to be offering you a service.
