Fantastic little dive bar in Dover, Ohio. According to my friend who grew up here, it hasn't changed since the 1990's. A true time capsule, from the 1990's price list on the wall to the cash only policy. Great beer and shot joint with a few craft beer selections on hand. Didn't sample the food, but it's available. If you are a fan of the not fancy establishment, this place is worth a visit.

It was awful. It's a bar, and a bar only. Don't trust all of the good reviews. The food is terrible and the service was almost as bad. The ambiance is depressing and causes ocular trauma. This place should have been razed years ago. It's MAKING me choose a single star, otherwise I'd be choosing none.

One of the best family bar/restaurants in the county. Food is great and the service is as well. A favorite place of all the locals.

Nothing fancy but a great hole in the wall restaurant and bar. The food is great and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it!

A small bar in a small town where a small town man can go a grab a few after work and grab a bite to eat before he heads home to bed to push repeat on this exhausting thing we call life. But you know what? That why we love it. It's not a place where to have to worry about the food or the service. The bartender is usually the server and the cook so kudos to you girls, we understand the stuggle, and you do a great job keeping a positive attitude. Now to the main event. The food. And by food I mean a good Ol' classic American cheeseburger and fries the way it is supposed to be served. Always hot, fresh and delicious, the burger here are the best damn burgers I have ever had. Throw a cold beer on top of all that and boy I am in heaven.

Great lunch spot Fresh fried sandwiches with sausage, hamburgers, fries mushrooms and soups . All home made and done right ! Prices are still very reasonable service so great !!

I grew up in New Philadelphia, and moved to Texas 40 years ago. Every time I get back to Ohio, Limby's is ALWAYS the gathering spot for myself and the guys that I grew up with to catch a Browns or Indians game, have a few beers, and enjoy their AWESOME smoked sausage sandwiches. Like other reviewers have said, it's a little neighborhood bar. And that's exactly why I love it so much.

I grew up in this town and this, IMO, is a little hole and the wall that is a gem in Tuscarawas County. As far as "restaurant" rankings from big to small cities, its really about a 1.75/5, but for what it is (bar food in a podunk town) its a 4/5. I've visited this place 15-20 times and continue to go back even though I am long gone. Food is consistent, inexpensive, comes out really hot, and service is fast. It is packed with locals, mostly older ones. Overall a pretty friendly atmosphere. This is a little greasy spoon that has a limited menu; mostly burgers,some kind of goose (pickled goose liver?), pickled eggs, etc. I usually get the burgers, fries, fried mushrooms, and the pickled banana peppers (a la carte). Best part is you can order fried jalapeno poppers a la carte for around $0.50 each. Its just bar food, but it is definitely worth a visit if your passing by. Bathroom is really dirty, but that's expected. This place is old, but I love it. Ive never went to drink here in the evening or for a night out. To me, its more of a place to have a beer or two for lunch. Beer on tap all tastes the same for some reason no matter what you order, but its very inexpensive -- not sure, but maybe $1 drafts for 12ish ounces? You can feel comfortable in your work clothes, construction outfit, farm clothes, or hunting outfits inside.NOTE: The menu is posted up on the wall, and they don't pass them out & this place is CASH ONLY, no credit cards.

Great bar food and super low prices. I recommend getting the Wingdings a cheeseburger and fries. Service is great and the atmosphere is perfect for a dive bar.
