Do not eat the food. The menus are worn and incoherent. They have a wing sauce named "spicy." Wth is that? Ordered the chili cheese fries they were ice cold and soggy. I couldn't taste them because I didn't get a fork. But the server eating 5 feet from me had a fork and her food looked hot. Maybe I will become a server so I can try the food.

I am very disappointed in this place. I used to live in Shelby and have always loved the food and atmosphere here. I recently stopped in this weekend since I was in the neighborhood to enjoy a beer and some apps and possibly a late lunch. I was raving about this place to my friend I was with. I was pretty embarrassed when we walked in. The place was a mess, looked as if the place hadn't been sweeped in weeks, tables were a mess. We decided to sit at the bar to find sticky counter tops and left over food crumbs throughout the whole round bar top. Ordered one beer and couldn't imagine ordering food, just the thought of what condition the cooking area was in made me loose my appetite. Other than the bar tender being easy on the eyes lol. I don't see me returning to this place. Sorry to see it's going down hill.

Great pub food, small town feel, good beer selection!

We stopped in from out of town hoping for a place to eat. We ended up with the opposite and left before opening a menu. First off the bartender watched me try to open the door at the wrong entrance and didn't care to help show me the correct door to use. The bartender saw then walk in and walked to the back leaving us left to approach him and ask where should we sit (no greeting, no warm welcome). My family then sat down and I began to look around, the place needs a good clean. I got up to use the women's restroom where I found one toilet flooded with feces and toilet paper. Neither of the two stalls had working locks and were missing the locks in general. The restrooms trash can was over flowing and there was trash on the floor and needed cleaned. I then realized if they didn't take pride and weren't worried about the cleaning or appearance of the whole place what would the kitchen look like and how did the employees use those disgusting restrooms? We were there at 3pm and there was one table of two sitting in there when we walked in. I wouldn't recommend this place, we walked across the street to the small bbq place, the food was decent but it was clean at least inside and the owner was friendly.

Great food great atmosphere. Our son was fussy and the owner walked him around and introduced him to all the tables. They have a decent beer selection and there food is good. I would recommend the Quesadilla or any of their burger or chicken sandwich offerings. Live music on the weekends and a game is always on. atmosphere is good as well. My wife helped them open when they first started and eventually she moved on but while she was there she said it was a good place to work as the owners are there to help the staff and offer great service to the customers.

The New Legends is a great place. They serve breakfast till 11:00 Monday-Saturday. On Sunday they have a really good breakfast buffet till noon. They have great lunch and dinner specials.

I just had a grilled chicken salad which I used to love from legends. the lettuce was from a bag mix which i could smell as I took it out of the bag. It was old. The grilled chicken which used to be large juicy grilled pieces was now crumbs and pieces that looked like it also came from a bag. it didn't eve look like grilled chicken. And there was very little at that. I'm sorry but this is my last salad from Legends.

Had a party of 30 on a Saturday night...food, service, pricing, all excellent. Highly recommend

This is a great night spot in our little town of Shelby, and many people come here because it's a great pub and hangout spot.A couple of years ago, my family and extended family which includes cousins, cousins's children, and their SO or husbands or wives, arranged for a birthday party and get together for me and my cousin even though it was a very busy weekend that we were in Shelby because of working at my family's restaurant, football games, soccer games and getting ready for Halloween. My birthday is the 19th and hers is the 22nd of October. We had one long table for us to sit together and everyone ordered their food. The food was good. Because everyone knows everyone who was there and others who were together who were not part of the birthday party, it was fun, just all around fun. The service was good; the food was good; I was with my family and Shelby friends. When you're in Shelby, check it out. You just might become a regular.
