I really like it here. They could use a few tweaks but I have no real complaints. I love the amenities and the events that are planned.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I never have the time to voice my complaints or deal with them, but I'm fed up and ready to move out. I'm leaving this review in hopes that this company feels the consequences of their actions and doesn't have tenants until they do better. Most of my building has already moved out, and I can't wait to join them.As soon as we moved in, I asked to relocate because the unit was too small for us. We were told we couldn't move until we waited six months and paid a fee. When we finally moved, we were placed in a unrenovated unit, even though we had repeatedly asked to be placed in the correct unit. However, first they placed us in the wrong unit entirely and then offer another unit. The new unit was filthy, untouched, and only half-renovated. We had to replace light fixtures, outlets, and other small things ourselves because mold and fungus were literally growing out of them. This was the better of the situation. I wonder when we move out will they give us our money back for what we had to fix and replace ourselves in a "already renovated unit".We didn't even have hot water and had to submit multiple maintenance requests to get it fixed. I wish I had taken pictures, but I was too exhausted by the situation and focused on fixing everything since we were stuck. We couldn't find another apartment complex to move into immediately. The management offered to cancel our lease that day, but where were we supposed to go? I should have taken them up on the offer, but we decided to tough it out.Since then, mold has constantly poured out of the siding of our shower. Utilities are outrageously expensive--good luck getting your monthly utility bill under $300. On top of that, my car was broken into, and one morning, I was surrounded by the FBI raiding our building because of our neighbors (who, by the way, still live here). To make matters worse, radon mitigation systems were randomly installed without notice or explanation. When I asked about it, I was told, "We don't have to tell you the details." Clearly, there's an issue. I asked if they gave a proper notice of the issue, they said yes, but then emailed our neighbors and said it wasn't their unit and that it was someone else's unit with a problem. But no one received any notices of anything. I'll attach those emails to this review. I have also reached out to the Health Department for this issue considering our neighbors and I have both been sick already and my neighbors being elderly and already using an oxygen tank. Coincidentally they have to use more oxygen since moving here. Our AC has gone out twice so far, and I'm sure it will go out again because it's constantly leaking onto the floor. The air filter is always wet, which I'm sure is great for us to breathe in. I've been sick for almost a month now, with no answers. It's either radon or mold--whichever the case, I cannot wait to never have to deal with this unit or this management company again. I'm pretty sure our neighbors directly next door didn't have AC the entire summer if not most of the year. They've just moved out recently as well. Also, good luck getting anyone on the phone. They try their hardest to avoid all calls, no matter the problem. Just save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to put your money towards, because this place isn't it.Read all reviews and believe them.

Hey Yelpers,I visited this location looking for an apartment and was so excited to meet in person and check out a unit! I arrived and looked at an apartment the size of a matchbox, that couldn't even hold the matches, for almost $1,400! It was so small that if I did a cartwheel my feet would bust through the window and the ducks would peck it because I'd need to use outside to store my feet. Keeping them inside would take up too much space! There is a washer and dryer in the small unit that was so rickety and small that ten raisins would take ten loads then break down! The upstairs leads to a bathroom that's as big as two hampers. And a bedroom that if you sneeze it would hit the wall then go back in your nose. I cannot. The nerve to charge almost $1,400.Anyway, after checking everything out I wanted to see how much it would cost total, you know fees and everything. The representative had the nerve to tell me no apartments are available, but that I can put $400 down to hold an apartment when one does become available. Imagine my frustration seeing apartments, wasting gas then being told this foolishness. I asked why I wasn't told this information before wasting gas to come. The female representative said, "I understand your frustration that no apartments are available", of course I quickly retorted that my frustration was with their communication skills and audacity to ask for a down payment to hold an apartment that wasn't even available, and not the availability of any apartments. Check mate.Imagine my surprise to receive a call back from them. "Ma'am, no thank you."

If I could rate lower trust me I would. This place will charge you hundreds of dollars when you move out for NO REASON. They will quite literally make up lies about your apartment just to charge you more. Also the "luxury" lifestyle they promote is false. The pool is always dirty and packed. I could go on but all I have to say is save your money and never live here. Don't bother calling their management to ask questions or express concerns because they purposely don't answer the phone.

We were excited to move into the place because it was near family and the apartments seemed nice. After staying in this place for a little while, we could not WAIT to get out. We DO NOT recommend this place to anyone as a new apartment to live in. The move in costs are unreasonable, especially if you have pets that are going to live with you. They gut you if you have pets and screw you with their low deposit. We ended up getting billed for "damages" from our pets after move out, even though we paid $500 for two pets to live their and $70 a month charge as well. They absolutely gut you for having pets, if you do RUN. I would highly NOT recommend this place to live at and I would highly recommend looking somewhere else.

I'm torn between 2-3 stars on this one. I lived here for 2 years in one of the 1 bedroom apartments. I think the best way to talk about this place is with pros and cons. PROS:-Onsite bar/restaurant (The Goat) so if you get too turnt you can easily walk home-Pool with bar service-24 hour fitness center-Nice appliances in the newer units-Great location-For the most part friendly front desk staff-Maintenance usually has a quick turn around-5 day grace period on paying rentCONS:-HORRIBLE parking situation in phase III over by where we lived-Too many people ... they keep adding units but not expanding the amenities. The pool is always jam packed with people. -Goat is kind of pricey for what it is. I always thought they should offer a discount for residents, even if its just a dollar off.-The prices between units are not consistent. We had a friend living in the same type of unit as us and paying $200 more based on when she signed for it. And I'm not talking about inflation. Strictly seasonal, in terms of demand. -New trash program gives you bins to put recycling and trash in which is great, but there is no where to store them in 780sq ft. -There are community fees (~$20 a month)-Roads are not super well maintainedOverall a mixed experience living there. Certainly a good "starting" apartment (if you can score a good price) but not a long term place in my opinion.

If you care about your health do not move here. My unit had water damage before I moved in visible on the lower level ceiling. The LC knew about it and simply painted over it. Since living here, the water damage has turned into visible mold growth and discoloration on the bathroom floor and ceiling (caused from a leak through). I am pregnant and the damage is causing me health problems- but management does not care and will not let me get out of my lease. This is an unlawful practice.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. I will give it to the staff, they were always SO nice to me, but with that said, it took threatening to put my rent in escrow for the higher ups to really take action on my complaints. I had two mice in my apartment- two different times mind you. The first time, I called emergency maintenance to which they told me that they couldn't do anything and that my cat would be better at catching the mouse then they would be. They came the next morning, stated they didn't know how it got in and I MUST have let it through the front door when I came in....HUH!!!!! The mouse was also no where to be found that next morning. A couple weeks later, a mouse had entered my apartment AGAIN!!! Guess who found and killed the mouse...MY DAD!!!! And guess what I found the next morning how they kept getting in...an open dryer vent!!!!!!!!!!! They finally came and sealed and replaced the vent. No more mice. BUT THEN!!!! I struggled with bugs the whole time living there. I just figured it was because I lived close to the pond. But no. I could NOT get rid of these bugs. People would come spray, I would spray, I had traps everywhere, and still I could not keep food on my counter without my counter being covered the next day. My final straw was when I watched on my ring camera and heard the lady from bug company say they weren't going to spray since I was home (mind you permission was given to enter AND she wrote a letter back to the LC that she sprayed). I got home, looked around and say thousandssssss of ants (flying ants too) pouring out of an outlet. I wish I could post the video to really show what it looked like but pictures are below. I threatened escrow with the quickness, which got the LC to reschedule someone else to come out, accompanied them while they inspected and trust me, I made sure I was home as well (along with my dad and brother to ensure there was an answer given as to why my apartment was always covered in bugs.) Sure enough, we got the answer that my walls were infested with ants and they had to put holes in my walls to kill all of them. That did the trick!! BUT I lived with holes in my walls for 6 months because no one ever came back to fill them despite requesting them to do so twice. OH and mind you, their only other option when I said I needed to put my rent in escrow or break my lease to get out of this horrible place- they wouldn't let me without paying an arm and a leg. I could either break my lease and pay insane fees OR could move to a different apartment and they would waive the moving fee but they wouldn't keep my current rent rate which meant I was going to have to pay $200+ each month in rent until my lease was up-which would have added up because at the time my lease wasn't up for another 6 more months. This may have been a rare experience, but it is too insane to not share.

Have lived here for 3 years. My Gf's and my car have been broken into. Management does nothing about it. Watched CPD and ATF do a drug raid 3 units down from our apartment. They over charge for not fully renovated units. The trash system here is awful. Do not live here.

I found a house with 3 bedrooms, a big garage and huge yard for the dog. No restrictions on grills we have private patio and quiet street in westerville city limits. Great police and fire, ok schools. 1400 a month. You can do likewise friends. Just give your search more time and search more creativity. Don't give these parasites another dollar. They only rip you off if you let them!
