My Fiance and I have lived here for about a year now, and we are actually transfering our lease to stay in the community but move into a bigger townhome because we love living here so much, we just need more space.Pros: the price for what we recieve is very fair in my opinion - I enjoy the finishes we have (dark hardwood, white cabinets and stainless steel), and the square footage is nice. The amenities are great - the gym pretty much has everything you would want to work out, it's great having the Goat onsite, we've been MULTPLE times with our friends to hangout or watch a game, and the pool is really nice in the summer. I absolutely love the location we live in, close to Dublin and Hilliard, but not RIGHT in the middle of things. Easy access to 270 and 161. Giant Eagle is literally right there, so that's super convenient. And the community is VERY pet friendly. A lot of people have dogs that live here, its great! The office staff is super friendly and responsive, we havent had any problems at all.Cons: The walls are thin - I'll be honest. You can hear people from time to time, especially if they are fighting/playing loud music/ect. But most of the time we dont notice it. The units are all electric - this may be a preference thing, but I am not a fan of electric heat...and it can get expensive..but it doesnt bother me enough that I would find an apartment/townhome without electric heat.Overall, we really love it here and plan on living her for years to come!

We've lived her for only 2 months but so far have been incredibly happy with our place. We've needed a few replacement bulbs and the garbage disposal to be fixed, and the staff completed them in less than 24 hours! We also really love that the Goat is two blocks down, and that the gym on site is always available with pretty great equipment. AND the garbage valet? So awesome.I'd recommend living here to anyone.

I've never ever written a review before on yelp, i mostly come to read reviews. But after living at this place and having to deal with the WORST experience of my life I was compelled to write one. The electric & water and all of the other fees they charge are outrageous. They make you go through nationwide, which I believe is owned by LC. We literally never used the heat last winter and our bill never dropped!!! The walls... my god are they thin! The walls are the thinnest! I knew when my neighbors used the bathroom, when they showered, when they had sex. You HEAR everything!!!! But wait, it gets better when you're moving out! They come do an inspection a couple weeks before you move out. A manager comes in with a check list to see what you, as the resident, might be responsible for after moving out. Well, they came and did our inspection... said nothing was wrong, we just needed to replace one of the blinds. We were thrilled ! But once we move out, 3 weeks later we receive an email that we owe $500 dollars!!! FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for the carpet!!! Why wouldn't you tell me this when you wasted my time with your inspection ??? Seriously, I would never ever recommend living here. Please please please run in the opposite direction and find a better place! I've rented almost my entire adult life and have never dealt with something like this! RUN!

Hello! I wanted to discuss my terrible experience at this apartment (Summer 2021-Spring 2024). However, looking at the other reviews I have read on here, stating other similar experiences, I decided I would provide a list of things that were not good about it. TLDR; DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY ARE BASICALLY SLUM LORDS.Terrible Maintenance: 1) Took literal months to get a new washer/dryer. Had to spend extra money at a laundromat because they couldn't be bothered to fix it until they finally brought me a new one.2) The dishwasher was out for almost 3 years. I originally called someone in to help and they pretended to fix it for five minutes and said it was fine. It messed up very shortly after. I essentially had to sit there after 3 years and watch the guy fix it before they gave me a new one. Had I not been there, I'm sure it would have had another "quick fix".3) Whoever did the plumbing on my dishwasher and sink did it absolutely wrong. When I would wash items in the sink, it would somehow come out my dishwasher. I know that sounds weird, but it happened. As a major example, I tried to save money by cooking chicken. When I poured the water from the pan out, it would go down the sink and exit out the bottom of my dishwasher. So, not only could I not use the dishwasher, but I also couldn't use the sink either. Not to mention, when I called to report the sink issue, it took weeks. I had to spend extra money on towels, my apartment smelled like old chicken whenever I cooked it, and I basically had to stop eating chicken.4) The oven started smelling like it was burning, so I had to stop using it.5) The stove top would also smell like it was burning so I also stopped using it. I maybe used the stove top 5 times in 3 years.*I was basically living on microwavable foods and keeping everything in the fridge. Additionally, I would pay IN ADVANCE for SEVERAL MONTHS so being treated that poorly when they had guaranteed cash is absolutely absurd.Leaving the Apartment:*I was thankfully not charged for anything (besides one set of window blinds). However, I received an email mentioning I had to end my lease TWO MONTHS ahead of time. They sent this near Christmas, so I obviously didn't see it. It was also a SMALL LINE IN AN ATTACHMENT in an email. Nothing in the original email so I didn't even notice. Thankfully, I usually pay ahead of time, so I went before the month I was to leave. They had told me I needed to fill out extra paperwork, so I told them to give it to me then. Overall, I was charged for almost an extra month of rent.I get that people need to make money, but I have no idea how people live with themselves treating others like this.

This place is an absolute nightmare!TLDR: This apartment is scammy. They charge extra fees, the bills are not reliable, and maintenance takes months to come.I will summarize for readability:MOVE-IN:1. We had no water or electricity.2. There were no sinks in the apartment. Not in the bathrooms, not in the kitchen. No sinks.3. When asked, we found out the plumber that 'signed off' on our apartment was a) an electrician, and b) not even a regular employee.4. The cabinets weren't put together. We had the WORST ant infestation I have ever seen (we were sweeping up BALLS of ants), within the first 2 days of move in.5. When the water was turned on, it flooded our ceiling. They had to drill a hole in the ceiling to keep it from collapsing. I had a waterfall in my kitchen for three days.6. They made no attempts to relocate us to a new apartment, but no worries, they gave us a bathroom key for a model that was 2 blocks away.LIVING THERE:7. We went over a month without a microwave because maintenance would not come with a replacement.8. Our AC froze over TWICE because they did not change the fluid.9. Our utilities for a 2-bedroom townhouse increased every month, and near the end was always over $350, no matter what our usage was. When both my roommate and I moved out, and usage went to 0, we still had $200 bills for "production" of electricity.10. My sheets got caught in the washer, caught fire, and when maintenance came to fix it they pulled out YEARS of other people's clothes that got caught under the agitator.11. Dog poop. Everywhere.MOVE-OUT:12. We also got charged for carpeting. We surrendered our deposit to move out early, and left the apartment spotless as well.

Beware of LC Dublin! They shamelessly scammed me with carpet fees that I am 1000% sure that I did not make, and bills that skyrocketed every month. When I confronted the management about their deceitful practices, they were shockingly rude and dismissive. To all CURRENT RESIDENTS: inspect your carpets thoroughly and record every inch of your apartment. Don't fall victim to their dishonesty. Avoid LC Dublin at all costs if you value integrity and fairness.

This place is a complete scam. I rented there for a year, and when my lease ended, I received a $600 maintenance bill, despite leaving the apartment spotless. The bill claims it's for carpet replacement due to staining, which I'm certain wasn't there when I left. The photo provided seems manipulated or from a different apartment altogether, as the features don't match. Another major issue is the inflated electricity and water bills. I used to pay around $450 monthly, even though I wasn't using much. Now, in a larger home, my bills are less than $200.Update: the property manager said that this is underneath the carpet, and they had to change to whole carpet because of a single spot. She also said that if it is from before we moved in it was our responsibility to remove the whole carpet and check underneath it before we move in!! How many tenants really do this? She confirmed "yes some do.."So new tenants in LC Dublin becareful! remove all carpet and check underneath before you move in !!!

To start off, when I first applied for a place no one called me to check in and tell me any availability. It was me who had to frequently search the website and hurry and find the Townhome that I wanted was available for move in during the time that I needed. I was told not to worry and that something would be available for move in, so they proceeded to charge me the $300. When I did move in the maintenance people left their golfcarts in my garage so I could not get my things moved in on the first day and the Maintenace people also had my garage door opener, and nothing had been painted so my cabinets are chipped in the kitchen and in my 3 bathrooms. I have been asking for the cabinets to be replaced since my move in date back in July and I am still waiting and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I finally have someone coming in and all they said they were going to do was repaint the chips in the cabinets LOL. My AC did not work when I moved in, and it took someone 5 days to come and fix it after having to constantly call to check to see if someone was coming and I moved in back in July a very hot month. My outlets in the kitchen also did not work so this right here tells me that the Townhouse clearly wasn't inspected after the last person moved out (Obviously they want their bonuses and extra money, so they wanted someone in there right away). I had Maintenace come out to look at my water heater a few weeks back and the Maintenace person left my front door wide open, yes wide open so anyone could have just walked in. Didn't even shut it after he left my place and of course that racked up my AC bill as well. The office is terrible at answering phone calls and will keep saying something will be fixed when it won't be fixed unless you keep calling them. I would NOT live here. If I could end my lease I would right away. The Community itself is great, but the office and management are NOT. My trash pickup has been missed multiple times. I wish I could put a picture of my cabinets on here for everyone to see but it's not letting me upload pictures. DO NOT live here. There is another LC Hilliard definitely try to live at that one instead since it's still close to Dublin if you are looking for that area.

I have never been missed treated by anybody more than by the Manager at the LC communities Dublin. On my exit she charged me $570 for repairs to an apartment that had no damages. Let's all remember how they make their bonuses. I have been missing my treasury check so I decided to actually knock on my old apartment door to ask if they happen to receive it. It was a month and a half ago! It was reported yesterday that I have been harassing them going to the door and asking them for my mail. Remember very appropriately I just asked one time a month and a half ago. I lived at this apartment for four years and had no problems, absolutely loved it! Then this manager arrived last summer. When she did I paid $2000 just to get out. Here she is six months later and still sending me emails.

Very average apartment which cost of rent is inflated by being in Dublin, which is fine. Decent sense of community. The pool/bar is over whelmed by college aged people (which, whether that's good or bad is subjective) in the summer. Only issues I had living there (which was for 2.5 years) is the office management team and how they handle complaints. It was never "I'll fix this.." it was a cookie cutter email or outright telling me they won't do anything about it like when I complained about my neighbor not picking up their dogs waste...they literally told me they can't do anything unless I sit there and watch the dog "go", record it, and then observe my neighbor going into that specific apartment. Which, no, I did not do that, nor did I think that's a good idea, or a smart path forward. The week of Thanksgiving, my washing machine broke down, and was flooding into my kitchen to which I called the 24/7 emergency maintenance line and I was told that it wasn't an emergency, and that they'll get to me in a few days, after the weekend which was infuriating. Luckily, I was able to isolate the lines myself, clean up the area, and I just lived with not having it for a few days. "Valet" trash pick up is a con also. We have* to pay for this service which they often miss your trash. You put out a bag, they don't see it, gets missed. Fill up another bag, put it outside, it gets missed... now since it's more than 2 bags, it's on the tenant to take the trash to the dumpster. I put out 2 bags before leaving on a week long work trip, came back to it all outside. During my move out, I put out several more bags, no trash pick up again. Emailed the office, and the management staff told me they did not receive any log from the vendor about my trash, but now, over the course of 10 days, there's multiple bags now since they never picked it up, and now apparently its my responsibility. The management staff are welcoming, and helpful if you go into the office with a billing issue, but they are pretty terrible if it has to do with anything else especially with a third party vendor.
