The food is so amazing live the greens and the chicken the mac be a lil salty but other then that yummy

Horrible customer service messed up my big ED hamburger I called they said they would replace it when I went to get a replacement they would not give it to me ... asked to talk to the manager they would not get on the phone asked to talk to the owner would not get a new phone ... every time we order they F up something or forget the side items we orderAbsolutely the worst restaurant in Columbus

I will never order from this place again , if you are a person that eats southern dish on a regular base do not eat here , the greens taste like nothing but vinegar which taste very SOur!! The yams have noooo sugar no sweetness or nothing . The Mac and cheese taste like it's done with cheap craft cheese and the fish taste fishy and old I had walleye ..It kinda taste like everything is old and there trying to get rid of it .. I know COVID is going on and you may be loosing service but do not ever serve old food because it is wrong !! I will never eat here ah

I really don't want to write this; however, it can't be Ignored because I'm not Rich by any means. I came inside and was greeted by a beautiful smile and great customer service. and ordered the wing and perch combo with sides. the fact that this is a soul food establishment I was so Disappointed with my order. there was no taste at all in the fish, wings, yams, nor the macaroni, I mean not a sprinkle of seasoning nor in the batter. I almost thought while eating my food, did I order from children's hospital cafeteria? everyone knows that they don't use seasoning. but ordering from a known soul food establishment just don't sit right with me. my order was 19.00 and I feel absolutely Robbed! all I can say is never again!!!!

I was visiting the area and was talking to someone who lives locally and they recommended Lawsheas. 5 of us went and we were not disappointed. The restaurant isn't fancy and the staff aren't fawning over you but the food was absolutely worth it. They were busy with pick up orders the entire time we were there and it's not surprising given how the food tastes. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely go back.

Fried chicken was burnt on the outside and raw inside at the same time, owner refused to sell me Mac and cheese because a container would cost them money (?) and this establishment has the most unprofessional staff and unsanitary conditions I've ever witnessed. You can see the Bbq smoke in front of the building but you'll never smell it when you approach the building but you will be greeted by cigarette smoke.

Today my order was for 2 specials. 4 wings, 4 shrimp and a piece of fish cabbage and baked beans. 2nd order 4 wings, 4 shrimp and a piece of fish greens and coleslaw. With a Carrot cake. $33.I get home I have 3 wings, fries a piece of fish baked beans in one coleslaw in the other. No carrot cake. The lady taking my order was not present with us but the conversation in her ear buds. Since the pandemic this food quality and customer service sucks

Ordered catfish thru a food delivery service and items definitely seem made to order because the fish was hot. Large catfish filets were slightly crunchy on outside and tender inside. Coleslaw had a slight spoiled taste and smell. Potato salad was delicious.
